It was quite dated

Location was close to main area though the walk to the station when coming home sometimes felt long with the kids.

Stayed for nearly 2 weeks , they served the same breakfast menu all round . There can be some variety especially the Thai section.

Child friendly , family centric hotel , located about 13 min walk from Central world wall in an upscale locality . Location is very convenient. Hotel is very clean and housekeeping does a good job . Rooms are also spacious .

Elevator broken. Building was very very dated. The kitchen was there but the pans were not so unless you were planning on making a huge batch of chicken stock than it’s great

9mins walk is a bit far to walk down to the MRT station, not easy with elder people, but a good exercise if not in a hurry!

The place is excellent for a big group. 3 bedrooms with toilet, space so tranquil, cool big salon with splendid view at night and super comfy beddings. Kitchen so equip with washing machine, the place you would love to stay for a longer period. Small grocery shops available just outside to buy some personal stuff.

Perfect location for our family stay in Bangkok. We had 2 three bedroom apartments for our group. Apartments were extremely comfortable and we were able to walk to eating places. Staff were fantastic and arranged transport for us all when we wanted to go further. Highly recommend this hotel

It’s too small and cramp for space

Lovely clean place but too small for a family of four despite booking a family connecting room. No windows can open and the pool is a size of fish pond which in photos looks bigger than what it is. We ended up leaving after one night but staff was friendly and understanding. They didn’t make it difficult in terms of refund and cancellation which is helpful! Otherwise we’d be stuck there for 3weeks being unhappy.

Everything was so bad We asked them to clean the room and no body came The toilet towels were dirty The bad was not comfort Curtains were damaged I really had worst two days at Bangkok

Air con inconsistent. Had to request technician multiple days to get it working. Swimming pool has multiple missing tiles - cutting feet on the pool.

The checkout time we waited a bit as the HK took time to inform receptionist on checkout status ..anyways they politely asked me what we used from mini bar as my cab was waiting and processed it all . We didnt use room service . So no idea .

Location was exceptional . Very upmarket area . Room views ( we were at 1402) were very nice . The place was stocked with kitchen and washers etc . Mini fridge has some stuff which was decently priced too . There is a 1000 bhatt deposit that is refunded on checkout . This is standard for so many inhouse amenities bring provided . The staff was reception was very kind and quick. Rooms were crisp and clean with AC controls given for rooms and living area seperately. Pool is open from 8 am to 10 pm . The pool view is just great ...its gives you a new york feel with blinking lights :) Sauna and gym we didnt use ..but the place was just quiet and away from bustle . Breakfast was limited in positive sense and the ladies took good care of all . The omelette station is best and the bread crisper roller is great too . Over underdog kind of hotel. I hope it stays hidden :) 2 ATM machines in lobby too .
