The staff were outstanding! Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. They booked multiple taxis, snorkelling tour, scooters and ferry for us - all at a very reasonable rate and it was charged at the end which made it so easy. Breakfast was amazing - various options and pancakes/ omelettes made fresh to order. The restaurant was lovely and reasonably priced The rooms were spotless with daily room service

We hired some snorkels from the hotel, the quality was poor - just purchase your own if you would like to snorkel - that is my only complaint.

This accommodation was breath taking! Honestly felt like paradise. The room was amazing, very spacious and traditional decor. We particularly liked the bathroom; showering in the outdoors. We used room services numerous times, food always excellent. Spa was lovely, both had a couples massage which was high standard. Staff were very accommodating, arranging transport and providing necessary advice. They made you feel like you were the only people there. The views are incredible, we would return to this accommodation when we visit Ko Tao again.

Our aircon wasn’t very strong, and the location is quite far from the main Koh Tao centre - but the resort is so beautiful we were happy to spend the evening there!

View Point was absolutely stunning, the rooms were immaculate and the shared pool was lovely too with gorgeous views of the ocean!

Potentially lot of stairs to walk between restaurant/beach and your room, hope you are in shape 😉

It's incredible nice how they offer you extra services (bike rental, taxi, snorkeling, ferry tickets, etc) for the same price as negotiating yourselves on the street! Usually it's double price when booking in the hotel, but here they really want you to have an awesome stay! It's a 10min scooter ride to the pier or nice other bays and viewpoints. The rooms are cleaned everyday, beach towels provided. I'm not leaving reviews very often, but here it's really worth to mention :)

We stayed in pool villa 2 as part of our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! Staff were so attentive - nothing too much trouble! Rooms was beautiful and the Cape restaurant was great!

Had an ocean view room, had high expectations, and it exceeded them. The pool was great, so was the restaurant, an easy walk to the closet beach which had more food options as well. Rented snorkel gear and got a taxi over to Shark Bay which was well worth the trip. Walked away very satisfied with my choice of where to stay.

Perhaps the restaurant (lunch and dinner), we were a bit disappointed.. not that tasty as the overall thaï restaurants (same for the cocktails), and a little sewers smell from the shower but nothing too much disturbing itself

Incredible view, a club directly in front of the sea. Amazing view from seaview (room with sea view). A quiet place as I never any knew. Nice pool with a little private beach. Lovely staff and helpful (one of the many qualities of thaï people). Beautiful club nestled in the jungle, everything was open (except the room of course), so we felt like living in the nature.very Nice breakfast

The only thing was that the transats behind the swimming pool were not cleaned and as we had quite some rain they were wet and full of leaves, not possible to use this place. This is understandable on the day it rains, but the days after the rain these chairs were not cleaned.

The hotel is very well run, everything is good organised. Rooms are cleaned every day, breakfast is outstanding with freshly made waffles and pancakes. Possibility to rent scooters through the hotel. Arrival with a well appreciated welcome drink and cold towel to refresh. Transfer included from ferry. We had seaview bungalows, great views and good bathrooms. It was nice to be able to have dinner in nearby restaurants to be reached through the beach. We had a great dinner at the restaurant Ananas.

Very very beautiful pool villa, all the staff was so kindly and friendly. All around the resort is so soothing and you are around nature all the time. They also have motorbikes for rent, is the easiest way for you to go from the resort to the main road. I got a surprise proposal there also, the staff fixed many flowers and stuff and everything was just beautiful. Thank you.

A wonderful accommodation! We had a beautiful pool villa. Everything is very clean and well-maintained! You can choose whether to have breakfast delivered to the villa or dine in the restaurant. The food is excellent. You can easily rent a scooter directly through the hotel staff. We also had the hotel organize our ferry tickets, and they were even cheaper than if we had arranged them ourselves. The transfer from the pier to the hotel and back was free, all we had to do was provide the arrival time. We would definitely come back!

The only tiny thing that could be improved is perhaps buying some more snorkel sets so that everyone staying at the hotel has the opportunity to use the snorkels :)

The garden and plants throughout the hotel grounds are beautiful. You feel like you're walking through lush jungle vegetation. The pool was really nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with some great recommendations during our stay.

We spent 3 nights there and we loved it! The Deluxe double room has amazing views on the bay and plants. The room and bathroom are not very spacious but they are satisfactory and very clean. There was hot water in the shower very quickly, the WiFi also worked well. Breakfast was delicious (especially fresh pancakes!). We also ordered some pad thai for lunch and cuba libre - the prices were higher than in regular restaurants but still I definitely would recommend it. The resort has easy access to the beach and we walked to the wider bay beach for 10 minutes where we rented snorkeling gear (the resort offers it as well) and went snorkeling. I would love to go there again and I recommend this resort to all my friends!
