steps, millions of steps. I came with my elderly mother and paid for 3 nights but left after one night. she just couldn’t do all the steps. bummer really.

As a group of more than ten and other guests having breakfast too, it took a very long time to get a basic omelette. Add to that there was only a small station to prepare the eggs, etc., and it took a long time to get your food. The staff were very friendly and trying to do their best but that is not easy with such a basic setup

The check-in went smoothly and the staff were very helpful. The lady also mentioned that the reception is open 24 hours a day in case of any need. When we arrived for an 08h00 checkout, it was the opposite - nobody at reception and a few minutes later a very bored guy pitched up. "Wait wait" was all we got. Eventually, a lady arrived and assisted us. At least the travel arrangement arranged through reception went smoothly. The location of the breakfast area made up for the average breakfast served. Very basic.

the rooms not very clean, understandably the location of the rooms are within the jungle vibes so insects are expected but was too much. the mosquito net was already dirty with previous dead mosquitoes when we arrived. despite the hotel drop offs being helpful, charging per person and not per room is a rip off personally. overall, I think it is overpriced for what it is.

staff and that they provided drop off, the breakfast was nice. the view is lovely if staying in the hotel at all times

They call them self sustainable but try to sell you VOSS water from Norway. The staff at the reception doesn’t make you feel very welcome. The breakfast was everyday the same, had a small selection of things and only filter coffee. In general some love is missing.

You can snorkel and see some beautiful fishes right at the small beach of the hotel. The staff at the restaurant was very welcoming and warm.

The first impression was horrible. We arrived super tired and wanted to have some rest but once in the room, it was dirty and wood insects were everywhere. The pool was not clean neither and they only started to clean after we complained (the check-in was at 4pm so 2 hours after the room was supposed to be "cleaned"). The reception was not friendly. The first aid kit was poor. The room was cleaned even when we didn't ask for it. The restaurant was too pricy yet the food was average. The foot patharound the resort was not enough lightened so we had to be extra carefulwith surrounding animals.

The breakfast was decent and the woman responsible for it was nice. The view from our room was beautiful even if the waves were quite strong by night so we couldn't sleep properly.

since it was a part of our honeymoon we decided to stay in the Villa - and it turned out not to be the best choice. the bathroom was outside, which meant there were many spiders and frogs inside. the A/C is placed right above the bed which made us sick.

Unfortunately we had a hole in the bathroom. We had a lot of rain and the water dripped through the hole into the bathroom. We told the staff three times but nothing happend and no one spoke with us. We had much Mould in our Room. The Dinner was expensive and not yummy.

Beautiful view to the ocean. Nice Pool and good breakfast! We had fruits and salat, hommade Crossiants, Jam, eggs, etc… The Resort is build in the Rocks, that is amazing.

the location is far from anywhere the room is really tiny and in bad condition it was dirty and full of bugs the only thing about the room that was good was the view and the balcony

Overall the room was clean. However, whilst I think it’s part of the surrounding aesthetics, the bathroom felt unclean to me. The toilet seat was cracked and it smelt damp. Also the lighting in the room wasn’t great. When it became darker, it became difficult to see the stairs, as this areas are lit properly so you may risk tripping over.

The outside surrounding of the hotel was stunning. Every corner felt picture worthy. The breakfast was my highlight, as food (pancakes, waffles and eggs) was freshly prepared for you on order. If you don’t like climbing stairs this hotel isn’t for you (I personally didn’t mind it), as there are a lot of stair depending on which room you booked. Furthermore, the staff were really accommodating and super helpful in meeting my needs
