I don't really understand all the very bad reviews here. Yes, it's not the best ever but it's not so bad to deserve 1 star. The biggest issue for us was room hygiene which was not the best even tho rooms were cleaned daily (but seems floors were not cleaned too much). Sheets had stains and towels were very smelly so we didnt use them at all. Good that we had our own.

Good location, amazing pool we got to use even tho it's actually a pool from a neighboring hotel. Staff was ok but staff from the hotel next door with the pool was much more welcoming which improved overall impressions. Decent rooms. We got to leave our bags after checkout.

I stayed for 4 nights at this hostel in a 4bed shared female dorm. Each bed had its own locker and space to hang clothes. It was very spacious and comfortable. There was a hairdryer which was very nice to have in a hostel. Also, hot water in the shower with options of waterfall or normal shower with good pressure. I would stay here again as its a good location and staff very friendly. Bonus is the use of the pool from the resort next door.

Hotel management should really considered changing the light bulb in the room to be brighter because I can't really see anything in my room with those super dim light! Since I am a Muslim, I can't just a open the curtain during daylight and it really bothers me. I hope this can be improve.

We do like that the hotel location is quite strategic. The beach is very close and there are a lot of shops on the site walk. 7 Eleven & Watson are also near. The room that we booked also have the ocean view.

Overpriced for a dorm room. No shelf by the bed just a plug socket. Nowhere to change after showering when floor wet. Could hear music from outside. Sliding glass door on toilet and sink in main room.

It wasn’t a very social hostel and the bedrooms were a bit dark, but other than that the rest was great!

I liked the location, there are several restaurants and shops around. Is close to the beach too! The beds were very comfy and they also had the privacy curtains. The room was very spacious, with enough space to place you stuff and make yourself comfortable. It also had a good AC and the bathroom was inside the bedroom

Walking distance to beach and restaurants Staffs are nice and best is the shower and toilet are separated and sink is outside. Sometimes this helps especially you don't need to wait for the person to finish shower. Simple and comfy room

Bed was really hard and uncomfortable. No room to store are clothes N sink in bedroom.

It's location was in the heart of everything perfect location. But more like a hostle then hotle u need to wake across the road to use a pool from another hotle and breakfast as well

Only negative is nose during the night, I read reviews before we came and thought it wouldn’t be too bad but it is very loud and the planes go directly over which woke me up each time flying over - didn’t bother me too much was aware of this before booking I bought ear plugs

No one at the door to help you get your bags up the stairs. No iron to touch up your clothes for important event.

the water pressure in the room was not enough. the cleaning team doesnt change your sheets as often as you request. the cleaning of the room was only OK. hotel located in the center of very noisy pubs-bars. the rooms are not soundproof, therefore very loud in the night until 2-3 O'clock

the location is almost in the center. next to the hotel, 7/11 and close to restaurants. the staff was friendly and hotel manager Lala was really helpful. they also allow you to use the facilities of the resort behind the hotel(same owner I guess). the closest restaurant was in the hotel territory and they have the best fried shrimps in Ao Nang

That stairs! They are scary and steep. Without any kind of railing. I made a nasty fall.

I can’t fault it is a hostel experience tbf

This was my first time at a hostel and it was a perfect first experience. It was clean and the people I shared with were respectful. There was plenty of space and lockers for your bag. I probably got my best nights sleep here in 2 weeks! I think it’ll be hard to top a hostel experience to this one now

We didn’t like that the sink was located directly in the room. Additionally, the bed consisted of two mattresses instead of one, making it less comfortable. The hotel’s amenities are quite limited. There is a pool, but it’s located in a separate hotel and needs to be accessed there.

The location is the biggest advantage of this hotel, along with its reasonable pricing. The value for money is excellent.

I thought that having your own toilet and shower on the room will be a plus but in fact in was horrible. Because people who get up really early haven’t other choice than just making noise. It was really too noisy for that and stupid at the end. We don’t need that as people already are not respectful to others about noise !

The commun area are spacious. The location was just perfect. I like the fact that in the room for the first time in Asia, I was able to sleep in the totally DARK. Which is something exceptional in Asia haha Beds are comfy and large. And their is curtains !
