The sea is full of boats - it is ok to swim and snorkel but is sometimes noisy and you need to be watch out for them. This is pretty much the case in all beach so not a differentiator.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great in sunrise beach, close to walking street and by the beach. Very relaxed atmosphere - close to Yoga place. Breakfast and lunch are simple but very good.

We loved our stay in Wapi Resort. Very close to the Main Street and the main beaches. Very comfortable and relax stay. All one person can ask for and for good money. Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly. They even care about the environment which is very rare in Thailand. They offer ride from/to pier, snorkeling masks, beach towels, etc. Yes, the bathroom could use some renovation but it didn’t impact our stay at all. It was a very pleasant surprise and the beach is amazing, please watch the sunrise, it is soooooo worth it. It was exactly what we were looking for to relax before going back home.

Fantastic location on Sunrise beach. The bed was very comfortable, we slept very well and the air con was not noisy. Bungalow was very clean with towels and beddings being changed every day if you wished to. Unlike some previous comments regarding the bathroom, we never had any issues. Wapi resort is very quiet at night yet it is only a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. Breakfast style buffet is delicious with a selection of cooked eggs and bacon, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruits, fresh fruit juice and some Thai pastries which are different every day. Thai selection also available. This is the best breakfast we’ve had in our 10 weeks travelling across South East Asia. It is served in the restaurant which is on the beach. The reception staff speak good English (especially the owner) and they are all so friendly. My husband became ill during our stay and the owner has been incredibly supportive and helpful. We had an amazing stay and we will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay. The owner family and their whole team are very accommodating, polite, friendly and they provide excellent service. They answered questions, helped organize everything we needed, they are a great team. The room is spotlessly cleaned daily and had a big bed. The breakfast buffet is delicious and generous and eggs any style are prepared to your wish. Clothes washing service was fast and very clean. The resort is on the beachfront with stunning sunrises and only five minutes away from the walking street. Thank you for the amazing stay and we would come back anytime.

there are rather large openings on the window frames and in the bathroom ventilator and there are no mosquito nets for the windows or for the bed. our room was getting lots of mosquitoes even with windows and doors closed. you need to use a repellant or insecticide.

Nothing big really. If I want to be picky I would say that wall to our neighbor‘s room was quite thin. We could hear them talking and snoring.

The hotel is right at one of Thailand‘s most beautiful beaches. The bungalows are rather basic, but have everything you need and are clean. Same goes for the breakfast, not the biggest food selection but everything tastes great. Further, the owners are very nice and helpful. The whole hotel has a very familiar feeling, which I really like. I was here the second time now and will definitely come again.

Everything is perfect!

Everything is perfect, the location is beautiful right on the sunrise beach. Plenty of trees if you need shadow. The room and bathroom are very clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of food, my favourite was the banana pancakes! The staff is very friendly and professional, Boi and her team will make sure your holiday is perfect! There is a beautiful snorkelling area just in front of the resort with a lot of anemones, fish and corals. The resort offers masks and fins free of charge. There are also bikes free to use for guests.
