Luxury apartments with very nice staff. You can rent a kayak for free and go the the nearby island. Definitely recommended.

Lots of lizards and other small animals, the cleaning team must close the doors while cleaning the rooms because all the small animals come inside.

WOW! This was a non forgettable apartment! Perfect view very dreamy, staff was very very friendly the room was perfect more than perfect, it was on the beach the pool was more than perfect, 1000000/10. Very helpful staff. we also had an small pool in our balcony which was also beautiful and perfect, bed very comfortable. Kitchen very helpful. The apartment is on a hill so places such as patong beach and bangla road are very far. On the hill there are many massage salons very good price also if you want to take a bike, many options there and supermarket also 500 meters.

We had an issue with the a/c 3 out of the 4 nights, but the staff were very responsive and fix the issue in the end. Also, one of the privacy blinds was missing in the private pool which affected privacy. It should be fixed. Room 42.

Unfortunately there are building works going on and there is a lot of noise in the morning. We had a view of the building works and the noise and despite our request we were not moved to another room. Off-centre location, no breakfast service, staff not trained to give us advice on nearby addresses... we had to fend for ourselves. They should have adjusted the price or informed their customers about the work being carried out next door.

The peace and quiet of the beach, away from the tourists, a virtually deserted beach, the comfort of the bedding, a place to recharge your batteries.

All were great, the cooling was inadequate, we had to be relocated to another room as we were covered in dust due to the construction site next door.

We loved the pool. Marvelous view from the balconies. The friendliest and nicest staff you can wish for. For any transportation or transfers and day-trips ask for the Hotels driver - we had a wonderful time being brought around Phuket for sight-seeing, and super easy and comfortable transfers from and to our other destinations. X10 at Panwa beach might be one of the few remaining calm spots on the Phuket Island - exactly what we were looking for.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely the best staff I've encountered in any accommodation. They helped us organise tours, find places to go, even find very specific things we wanted to buy in store. The location is amazing. Far away form busy tourist streets and beeches right at the beach. Perfect to relax by the pool after the busy day of sightseeing and exhausting island tours. If you want to explore the bay you can use the complimentary kayak. There are bunch of restaurants couple of minutes drive from the accommodation or right there at the beach at the restaurant next door. Would definitely stay there again.
