It’s a little out the way, it’s a lovely location however if you don’t have a moped you’ll spend a lot on taxis.

I was rushing when I booked the hotel (previous hotel that bad I wanted to move) so some of these I may have realised, if I had looked into it a bit more. Not much around the hotel. The walk down to Patong was ok for me (others looked at me like I was mad for walking down), but the taxi and tuk tuk rides back up soon start adding up. The room looked a little tired in places, but nothing too bad.

Amazing view over Patong and the sea beyond, which was the main reason I booked it. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Large well equipped room. Felt like somewhere you could happily stay for an extended time (as long as you had transport).

There is a pot plant on the balcony that is clearly dead, could just remove it.

The view from the room was great, and the location was close to the mall and shopping, as well as to the beach with a short drive.

Outside the there’s small lazer وزغ but it expected because we were in jangle two times we have lazer in the kitchen but the staff helped us to get rid of them the villa is up the hill far away from everything you should have motor pike or grap or bolt to drop you down the hill the air conditioner making noisey sounds

Laundry service was not the best. Took 2 full days to get our laundry back.. After the first experience, we had to do our own laundry ourselves for the rest of our stay. Also, taxi is not easy to get up there.

It was away from the noisy patong beach. The owners were very lovely family. They made us feel welcome.

If I had to nit pick something, on the first day I discovered the shower attachment was broken which meant I had to use the shower by holding the shower head with one hand, so not ideal. However I made this known to the hosts and they got it fixed the next day without any issues. So not really a negative.

We stayed in the Deluxe Suite with Sea View on the top floor at my request, and this was arranged even after I made multiple disjointed bookings which only complicated matters. The view from the apartment is just fantastic, unobscured and overlooking all of Patong from an elevated position. Plus the terrace is huge, I'd say around 2m deep by 7m wide, and it's completely private. We were not overlooked by any other guests or hotels. Our apartment was also big and comfortable. The hotel is set in the hills and so it's very quiet at night, we slept really well. Plus In the morning I could sit with a coffee on the terrace which was lovely and quiet with only the sounds of birds from the surrounding trees. The hotel hosts were also excellent, any request I made was handled that same day. And what I also liked is that the service they provide is very personal to each guest. I only needed to call or text on their WhatsApp contact and my requests were dealt with efficiently and professionally the same day. If you want your room made up each morning then of course you can, or if like me, you prefer your room to be serviced or any other details attended to as and when you choose then that's no problem too.

They do not clean the room daily and I found the toilet a bit dirty. Anyway it is fine for the money and the location.

As I travel on low season they could upgrade my room with no extra cost, think that is quite nice as not every place offers you this kind of gifts. It was a really pleasure.

I passed 1 whole month living there. I like the welcoming of the owners. My room was cleaned everytime I asked for it. The room is big, with TV, Aircon and small kitchen, very big and comfy bed and my own terrace. The location was great for me as the view is nice and I was not in the center of Patong.

Reviews i read are so different from what i experienced. Loud music from bar nearby - late at night. You need earplugs I had 2 rooms - standard was ok in size, worst thing was matress with two massive dips where person slips. Really bad, and so easy to change! Superior room is a laugh. Main problem it is on the ground floor and dump, humid smell doesn’t leave the room. Room has direct access to common terrace which is sort of empty, missing mosquito net on the door Shower is just showerhead above the toilet There are few people - housekeeping, guy watering plans - noone says hi or smiles. I asked reception about the trips - they never got back to me

Guest house is on top of the hill, garden with pool has plants, so it’s green There are a lot of cute cats and kittens around Easygoing reception Tasty thai food at bar with a view next door Rooms and area are clean
