The hotel sent a car to get me from the airport at 4:00 in the morning, and the driver was waiting there with a sign with my name on it in English. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the standard room is luxurious, the free breakfast available in the dining room was excellent, the hotel did laundry for me, and would return my laundry the next day, the hotel prepared a document for me to get my visa, the hotel staff were very friendly to me. The hotel is centrally located, many restaurants, stores, currency exchange, and parks are all within easy walking. Hotel staff speaks English. I stayed at this hotel for two weeks, and would stay there again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dushanbe.

KazakhstanThe breakfasts were ok, I was selecting only eggs, sausages and toasts. However, pancakes and different pastries were always "dry", not really fresh. Also, I did not like when the hotel staff (not related to the kitchen/dining hall) was walking inside-out from time to time being a bit noisy. The bathroom ceiling had some stains, and the toilet's cap was unsteady. Overall, my hotel experience at Safo was good.
I liked the reception staff's work. The girls there were friendly and helpful (changed big somoni bills for smaller ones, suggested ways to get to certain places, called taxi and etc.). Room space and size of the bathroom is decent. The hotel staff made my bed and renewed the water/tea/bath supplies on a daily basis(even a single use shave kit). The hotel is just few minutes walk distance from the bus stops. Also, for those who'd like to take a ride in a public transport check the Wikiroutes for Dushanbe.

My last day checkout. I have a morning flight going for breakfast. They told me breakfast at 7:30. I told I have a flight early. Can you get takeaway? So now You have to wait until 730 and again, I give my MasterCard theydon’t except I don’t have Ta money but fortunately I have little Chinese money enough to cover pay for the Hotel and go to the airport. Almost I was lost my flight because nearby no bank to take a cash out this the morning the Reception man was unfriendly.
