Heard some noise coming from one of the neighboors. Happened only once but still disturbed us a little.

Great place to stay in La Marsa. The beach is just two minute walk away. Very central location. There is also a big shopping mall where you can find a supermarket at the ground floor. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

This is a very cute appartment, nice traditionell furniture and everything you need. It has a small balcony and a shared rooftop terrace with great views. The best thing is the proximity to the beach and la Marsa's restaurants. The host was amazing, he was flexible with the check-in. I actually forgot a few of my valuables in the accomodation and he was available immediately to help me retrieve them.

There was a slight issue with the window not closing properly so it got a bit cold in the evening. I should have asked the owner how to close it - I only found out the day before leaving.

Even though I arrived quite late the owner of the property waited for me to deliver me the keys and to show me around the property. Instructions given to me to find the property were very clear and the owner was very responsive on WhatsApp. The property is located in a very nice area full of cafes and restaurants. Very beautiful flat that matched the pictures from the add. Great value for money, I totally recommend it.

It was easy to reach the propety and the owner was waiting with the keys and provided lots of information about the locality and surroundings. We had a great stay and the house was well equipped. The location provides quick access to Sidi Boussaid, Carthage, Tunis and the airport.

Mr. Mohammed was so kind and helpful. He assisted me with my luggage and was very accommodating when it came to checking in and out. He was also willing to answer any travel questions I had and offered advice. Such a wonderful man. The apartment itself was very charming with its traditional decor, and also very comfortable and clean. It had everything I needed for my overnight stay. I even took photos to show my friends how pretty it was. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a great stay in this appartment. It felt like home. The host is a very friendly man. The communication with him was very good, before and during my stay. The location of the appartment is perfect. It's in the centre of La Marsa. The TGM La Marsa station is only 2 minutes away and so is the Corniche. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. The appartment itself is very spacious. It has everything you need. Has a nice balcony with a great view on one of the main streets and the building has also a great rooftop terrasse with a great panorama view. I would definitely stay here again.

Our host Mohamed is very nice, he welcomed us even though we arrived quite late and showed us everything. Any Question was always answered very quick and he was very supportive. The apartment is well equipped, very clean and great located near supermarket, trainstation, beach, cafes (as "Boulevard des capucines" ) and restaurants. There is also a nice park for families close. You have a enjoyable view to the mosque and sea and the apartment has a rooftop terrace. Thank you Mohammed!

Mohammed quick to respond excellent English very much a gentleman and very helpful. Apartment very clean, great decorating, lots of room, hot water, great bed for sleep. washer superb and all équipement one needs. warm and toasty as temp outside down to 5 c w windchill view from terrace 360 and serene. would be great place to sunbathe if weather warmer. in city center; one block from metro and across from mall and MonPrix grocery. beach only 5 min walk away.

Great place. Very clean, new furniture with attention to details. We had everything we needed during our 5 day stay. The neighborhood is delightful with lots of places to eat and stores. Besides the place is close to the beach and has an amazing roof top With an ocean view. It was lovely to go up there in the morning to enjoy our coffee. Prices was reasonable. Totally recommend this place. Most definitive we Would stay there again.

In the middle of La Marsa with the beach 2 mins away and everything within reach. The apartment was well equipped and the furniture was super nice and traditional. The host was exceptional as he accommodated us so much regarding the check in time.

Fantastic location in the center of La Marsa with proximity to the beach. Street food stalls available just downstairs. Train station 2 minutes away. The train takes to Carthago as well as the city center of Tunis. Super friendly and accommodating host. Highly recommended!
