The host is very pleasant and it was very easy to communicate . We were given all instructions before we arrived, so everything went very smooth. The apartment is very pretty and located right in the center of Marsa.

There were four of us and we were only provided with three bath towels and one hand towel.

Great location close to local shops, TGM station and beach and only 15-20 minutes from Tunis airport. There is free on street parking outside if you hire a car. Lovely decor and plenty of bedding and blankets. The owner was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Good value for money, I’d recommend a stay here.

Fabulous apartment. It was stylish, spacious, modern, comfortable and well provided with kitchen equipment, extra bedding and storage. Loved the electric rolldown shutters, the flexible lighting and the marble flooring. Felt very secure too - heavy street door and a good lock on the apartment door, not that the outside area felt anything other than peaceful. The owner communicated well and the directions for finding the house and gaining access were easy to follow, Possibly the best apartment I have ever rented.

We were a family of four, the property met our expectations and was more than expected! it was very Clean, Spacious, the neighborhood is very classy and quiet. Location was perfect in la Marsa very close to everything. The Host was very welcoming and agreed to our request of a 1-hour late check out. Would definitely recommend it to our friends and family planning to visit Tunis.

I didn't notice any negatives, the place is very excellent

The apartment is very equipped and very clean. It features unique furniture that reflects the Tunisian identity. The person in charge of the place, Si Mohamed, is a sophisticated person, and is completely committed to providing comfort. The location is very excellent, very close to the Marsa Corniche, and near the Sidi Bou Said area. The area is completely safe.

One issue was that there weren't any basics to cook with, other than that, it was great.

The decoration seems typial of the locality, the host was very kind and gave some tips about the area. Wouls definitely recommend it.

One of the most beautiful and cleanest residences where I lived is comfortable and close to all facilities (restaurants, cafes, sanatoriums…). The welcome level is great and Mr. Mohamed is very nice and elegant, so I highly recommend visiting and staying in this apartment.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, perfect location, best quality materials, totally equiped kitchen, great bathroom, 2 air con, balconies, terrace, the location is perfect, the neighbourhood is lovely and secure, and the host Mohamad was super nice and helpful. The neighbourhood "La Marsa" has restaurants, the and coffee places, vibrant nightlife, supermarkets, and is very cool and young. The host was condescending and rude, we asked a simple question that he didn't like and he told us take it or leave it. The keys were not in the lockbox so we had to wait for 20 minutes until the owner arrived to open the door just to realize that the keys were misplaced inside.

The house facilities were as described and the neighborhood was quiet.
