This apartment is simply amazing! It's just a few minutes' walk from the beach, which is super convenient, especially in the morning when you need to get a spot. The layout of the apartment is well thought out: two soundproofed rooms and a large kitchen-living room. Everything is very clean, and the furniture and appliances look brand new. Each room has its own air conditioning, which was a big plus on hot days. I also appreciated the extra towels and blankets in the closets, and there are chairs for the balcony, making it a nice spot to relax. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including adapters for European outlets — we didn't need to buy anything extra. The internet is fast, and small touches like hooks and a shoehorn are in place. It's a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Highly recommend!

Hard to find improvements to the apartment itself; I can't say that we really missed anything. Maybe a second set of keys would have been helpful. The place is quite noisy in the evening, you can hear the music from the nearby terraces - it is not attributable to the owners, but I consider it worthy of being mentioned for setting the expectations of other tourists. Someday, when the owners will want to add more facilities: maybe it would be nice to add 2 folding chairs and a sun umbrella - to get them to the beach (given that there are very few sunbeds on the beach and it is almost impossible to find an available one)

Clean apartment, well maintained and quite well equipped; AC in each room (although it is not always necessary; the apartment is on the ground floor and is pleasantly cool at certain times of the day); Good WiFi; Very close to the beach; many options to serve the meal nearby; supermarket two steps away; agency where you can book trips outside the city - a few meters away. The sea is gorgeous, especially in the morning, even if the beach is crowded (and, unfortunately, quite dirty).

The description says that there's a garden and this is not correct. The apartment has a public and open patio where all people can walk freely. This is not in any case a garden like you see in many other houses around. For us this was a major disappointment. Beds are also pretty uncomfortable.

Very clean apartment with good space for a family to stay comfortably. Natural light. Close to Ladies Beach, although this beach is always crowded. A new cot was provided by the owner, something I very much appreciate.

We could hear the neighbors sometimes -- this was not a big deal for us, but might seem a bit disturbing for some.

Everything was just perfect: the host answered all my messages in just no time, the location was ideal given our desire to enjoy the sea but also to have opportunities to make some sightseeing.

We experienced the kitchen utensils a bit below standard. No kettle, no oven, but above all a lack of glassware and cups. The view is rather poor because there is a ruin on the other side of the street ((but you are definitely better off with a ruin than with noisy neighbors across the street) and as elsewhere in Kuşadası there are a lot of cats and dogs hanging around in the area.

Although there was nobody to attend us upon our arrival, it was rather easy to get in the apartment thanks to the precise instructions and the pictures regarding the key box and the parking lot. There were also some very friendly English speaking neighbors willing to help us out to find our way round. The apartment is in a quiet side street on the first flour of a bigger complex and is spacious and clean. It has a private balcony, there is a shared garden with a BBQ. It is decorated in a modern style. There is a boiler so you won't have the problem that there is no hot water in the morning or when the weather is bad. Each room has its own AC unit. The location is near some grocery stores, restaurants and beach, but at a certain distance from the center of Kuşadası.

This is really cozy atmosphere here,clean and great smells apartment, awesome location near the grocery store and beach. Landlord lady really nice and ready to answer for all questions! And very comfortable check in process, I liked it! She also was really kind to us and understanding, as my husband broken plastic spatula for barbecue (sorry again)

Very spacious apartment, fully equipped and clean. The owner was extremely helpful. He helped us do the self check-in even though we arrived at the apartment around midnight. Absolutely recommended. Excellent choice.

The least expensive ikea furniture lack of basic kitchen utensils, mugs, oven, grill, microwave, toaster, very hard beds and lack of pillow’s. no sun loungers for shared shaded garden.
