Internet was sketchy. 3 by 2hr power outage's over 6 nights. Cats roaming everywhere including restaurant (yuck!!!). Shower took over 5 mins to warm up. ( might only relate to the block we were in).

Good breakfast. Nice room. Good location with big outdoor gardens for balloon viewing. Generally helpful staff. Nice heated outdoor pool. Good value overall.

There seemed to be somewhere flies were getting into the room, we were having about 15 - 20 flies a day in the room either in the bathroom or on the windows. Maybe can't be helped but could maybe be looked into. Better to book excursions separately as they are cheaper outside of the hotel. TV is also very far away if you want to watch in bed but they do provide chairs to sit on.

The staff were great and very helpful. The room we had was great and so glad we upgraded, we really enjoyed having the sauna in our room. The location is perfect as just off the main strip, also very close to sunset view point and has a great terrace to watch the balloons at sunrise.

We had an issue with the air conditioning unit, as it started leaking. But it got fixed really quickly. Although the system is well thought of to order food and drinks by the pool via WhatsApp, the service was a bit slow. But all minor things, we loved our stay overall!!

An absolute gem in Goreme! The room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room every day. Nice pool area, and smart system to order food/drinks by the pool. Nice little rooftop terrace to watch the balloons takeoff and land. Breakfast was very nice, and the waiters were all super friendly and joyful. We can definitely recommend this place and would come back whenever we can!

Light sleepers should bring earplugs, however, because noise-isolation is not the best and you can hear some music or dogs barking at night.

Super nice staff and perfect location. The entire resort was clean and well looked-after. Big breakfast buffet to choose from and beautiful rooms. The location was great: Göreme is the perfect starting point for daytrips, sunrises, sunsets and there are a lot of offers for tourists.

My biggest improvement would be to utilise the terrace behind the reception more. its a lovely area to view the balloons but there wasn't much in the way of seating to relax & look upwards. Not a massive issue as the view in itself was well worth it.

Nice hotel, good breakfast and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The location amongst the Fairey chimneys was pretty cool and offered a different perspective of the town to some of the other hotels. It was really cool being right underneath where the balloons take off.

From checking in to the time we check out. Everything was perfect. Karoline at the reception allowed us to check in 2 hours before time. Mehmet was another great guy who booked us for Turkish night and it was the best. Jamal yousuf in the restaurant offered us free tea while waiting for the airport pickup. All the restaurant and other staff are very cooperative and helpful. They go out of the way to accommodate customers.

Some of the staff were not as helpful as others, perhaps this was a language barrier. It would have been good to be aware that getting a taxi from the airport is really expensive, and everybody uses shuttles. We didn't know this and ended up paying quite a lot more for a taxi. Also, you are not allowed to bring your own food/drink in to the hotel, but the prices of the drinks on site is very high.

The hotel is right in the centre of town, an excellent location. The pool and surroundings are really beautiful. The room was really big and clean with a great shower, good a/c and comfortable bed. The breakfast was included and was really good- one of the best breakfasts we had in Turkey! The hotel is right next to trails to go walking and has a little deck where you can watch the balloons for sunrise.

Everything was really nice! The rooms were very big and cozy, and the hotel staff was incredibly helpful. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would love to come back!

There was a noticeable odor from the bathrooms that occasionally affected the room’s atmosphere; addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall experience.

The hotel is centrally located in Göreme, with stunning views of the surrounding rock formations. The reception team was warm and welcoming. The early morning view of the hot air balloons from Hotel’s garden was spectacular. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the bathrooms are clean. We stayed in the hut, which was a unique experience. The breakfast was good, and the staff was welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at A la mode Cappadocia. The staff were lovely and helped us book the hot air balloon ride, which was amazing. Breakfast was excellent and the pool was ideal after hiking through the region. Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect. Location was great. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Out room was big enough for our family and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and the area around it was also very nice and without being crowded.

There are some ants in the bathroom but we didn't really bother them and they didn't bother us.

Excellent location away from the busiest part of town. Facilities included everything you could need. Comfortable beds and reliably cold air conditioning. Pool a relief after a hot day in the outdoors. Fantastic breakfast!

It is a great place with a great location. It is near Goreme's restaurants and shops, but not so near that the noise bothers. It's at a walking distance of anything you need. It has an ample and "exotic" parking space. The pool is big enough and nice to relax. The food was great, and they helped us with our hot air balloon flight. Besides, as the hotel is near the landing spots for the balloons, in the morning you can see the balloons flying in front of your room, it's beautiful. The room was cleaned daily and if we didn't want to clean it, they will leave you water at your doorstep.
