We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyWe booked Acropolis Cave Suite literally last minute, since we have changed our travelling plans to Cappadocia only a day before our arrival. It is a gorgeous hotel in Ürgüp. Surrounding is beautiful. Very romantic environment and you get the full experience of staying in a cave hotel. From the terrace, you can watch the famous Cappadocia balloons. The hotel was very clean, each room uniquely decorated & attention to detail is above and beyond. Every morning there is a rich Turkish breakfast served also in each room tea & coffee is available. It is possible to easily reach to both Nevşehir and Kayseri airports with airport transfers. By 5-10 minute walk you can be in the Ürgüp center with many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, atm etc. What was the best part of our stay in Acropolis Cave Suite was the extremely helpful hotel staff. They made sure that we enjoy our stay and they even planned our airport transfers and all the touristic visits including the balloon tour. Without their kind help we would not be able to make it since we did not have time to plan anything.

Everything is great in this facility. You can book without hesitation. Especially staff was very helpful. Devran was a great guy, helping in anytime we need. Rooms are carefully decorated without ruining the authenticity.
