Location, quality and accommodative. We reached 4 hours early, but still they did not charge anything extra. Best possible location, as everything is minutes walk. Right across the waterfront. They kept our luggage safe after checkout.

Some furtniture is wearing out but nothing major.

Hotel has great location, everything is in walkable distance and despite it being placed near the never-sleeping Istanbul center the quiteness of the hotel is it’s top value! No noise was coming through which is very rare in Istanbul. Staff also helped with superb taxi transfer to airport with safe driver to avoid the chance of being ripped off.

The bathroom looked a bit old / it's seen better days. Lot of limescale accumulating along the shower doors / guides, along with some grime. Could do with a bit of a makeover. Roof terrace doesn't seem to be in use if not as a smoking area and it's also closed by windows so not particularly enjoyable, which is a shame as it would have a partial but decent view over the sea and the Bosphorus channel.

Room was quiet even though it faced the street, it was well kept, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were available and polite. Location is really good as it's a 5 minutes walk from the Galata bridge, from the Karakoy Galataport and a 10minutes walk to the Galata tower area. The ferry pier is also located right behind the hotel so you can easily hop on a ferry to other areas of the city. Karakoy is very busy at night, with plenty of places to eat/drink, despite this though the hotel sits on a really quiet street.

Rooms are larger than expected for a European hotel, but may be small compared to North American standards. Some rooms have nice street views but others have no view at all, if you are specific it is worth contacting the hotel. The shower heads could be a bit leaky, but water pressure was great.

This was the best place we stayed in our 3 weeks in Turkey. Ideal location, close to Sultanahmet, ferries to Kadikoy and the bustling Karakoy, but also a very quiet (but safe) street. Very clean, and incredibly comfortable with pillow top mattresses. The staff were exceptional, very responsive, and even walked us to meet our airport transfer at 4am.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The walked me to the tram station and even gave me an instaburk card to use for my stay. They were always ready to assist and gave recommendations on places to go for breakfast. I had an early flight and got to the hotel at 8am. They already prepared my room and let me check in immediately I got to the hotel despite checkin time being 2pm. Amazing Amazing people.

You have to book deluxe room if you want to have space at the room because as usual in Istanbul the rooms are very small

The location was fantastic only few steps to Karakoy ferry and around 250 meters to karakoy tram station . Halic metro station was also near around 6 minutes walk All The staffs were very cooperative and kind They were responsive at any time and to any demand .They offer water,tea and coffee free of charge at any time day and night I really appreciate Mr.Sener who was really friendly and helpful I will definitely come back if will visit Karakoy again

Ada Karakoy is at a perfect location in Karakoy as it's closeby to all the nice cafes and port but still in a quite street with no noise at night. It has a wonderful traditional turkish bakery, doner shop and kahva shop (all of which close by 5/6 PM) in the same street which was very convenient. It is very close to tram as well as metro station, both are at walking distance. The beds were extremely comfortable and the windows were completely soundproof. The air conditioning was amazing. The staff was super welcoming, friendly and helpful. They always gave the best advice when it came to directions of the city. Special thanks to Mr.Faruk for making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

The TV did not work on arrival ..had to request it tob fixed to receive any signal. The safe did not work at all...not useable . The shower water did not drain away properly making it slippery the next time one tried to use it.

Location good ...easy to get to the old city across the Galata bridge ...and also nice waterfront restaurants within 3 mins .
