How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

All is excellent, the staff are super polite. I like very much the idea of greeting guests by offering free fruit basket or delicious cake pieces. I also like how they refill the free lemon and mint water everyday. I like the management’s generosity and the very polite staff.

The latte and cappuccino at breakfast are not free. Just regular coffee with milk is free

Staff is very helpful and responsive to your needs. The hotel is so clean. Breakfast was great. Our stay was wonderful . We even forgot some of things there and they are keeping us since we are going back there in the summer 😊

I would like to have more options in the breakfast, especially if you are vegetarian or vegan.

There is nothing as such that i do not like about Ada suites. Overall it was great experience for me but just for the sake of suggestion i would appreciate if the customer service staff engage more with the online customers when they make their booking.
I would say location, staff, cleanliness of the hotel. The staff is very nice, they are very helpful! I had great experience with Ada Suites!

Firstly they gave us too smoked room and refrigerator was too loudy. Reception refused to change our room after we insisted they changed the room.

The pillows were uncomfortable but maybe it is only preference as I don't like them too high.
The staff were really nice and welcoming The location was excellent Only the pillows were a bit uncomfortable but I think it is preference too the toiletries and welcome detox water made me smile. I would stay in the cute place again.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very nice staff, very friendly and helpful, very kind. Near to the center. I can recommend this hotel to everybody. The breakfast service was excellent. Thanks to the kind staff :)

The property is situated at the heart of the Istanbul centre and the rooms are extremely neat and clean and the staff members are extremely polite and very helpful.

The hotel is the best hotel while I stayed in Instanbul in terms of cleanses, comforts and hospitality. The first day we arrived, we received a fruit basket and detox fruit juice. The room is immaculately clean. The breakfast is excellent and cooked on the spot according to your choice. What surprised me most is that the hotel made a raspberry chocolate BIRTHDAY CAKE for me and all the staff showed up to congratulate my birthday. Their hospitality totally warmed my heart and I am so touched by their thoughtfulness. Love this hotel and will book again if I visit Istanbul again.

Every thing was perfect
Loved the courtyard sitting while enjoying great service and delicious breakfast. The receptionists were very respectful, always cheerful and helpful at any time of the day. Best location for upmarket shopping.

The hotel is small and well appointed. Is in a cul de sac off the busy streets so it is quiet. Very clean. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was included but i did not try it since I never eat breakfast. The location is good surrounded by nice stores, restaurants and cafes. It is a bit far away from the Metro but you can reach it in a 15 minute walk.

I suggest that an air condition be installed in the closed breakfast area.

Access to the Hotel by car is not easy.
Breakfast is well prepared with variety of options. Staff is courteous , helpful and very polite.
