Each room needs to have thier own iron and ironing board rather than having to ask the staff everyday.

Excellent location. We received a warm welcome from Gokan who provided us with tips on travel. Staff were always happy to help.

Tiny elevator, rooms are a little smaller than the pictures on the web. Still comfortable.

It is a little jewel in Istanbul. Everyone was kind and helpful. Most of them did speak in English. The view of the dining area was incredible, 360 degrees. Just a block from Aya Sofia, the palace or the blue mosque. 10 minutes from the grand bazaar! Great place

On arrival one of the staff members was not very friendly I found but this is minor as the rest were very welcoming

I am so glad we chose this hotel for our stay in Istanbul, it was perfectly located and only a few mins walk to the main attractions which was really convenient. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel was very clean and a lot nicer than expected, the rooms were a good size. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and on the last day with helping to get a taxi to the airport

Great room for a family with two kids. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Great location and easy walking distance to many of the attractions. Breakfast room had a great view. Thanks very much for looking after us.

Wasn’t a fan of the breakfast and cannot understand the “Muzak” played at the rooftop restaurant. Don’t know anyone that wants to hear bad song “covers” of old bad songs. Some Turkish music would have been so nice.

Our only issue related to the size of our room, the limited amount of drawer space only 2 bedside tables one of which couldn't be accessed, the lack of hangers in the wardrobe (only 5) and the lack of a shelf or storage basket in the shower cubicle for our shower toiletries.

Hotel was very well located for the Sultanahmet attractions. Reception staff were very helpful and welcoming, providing excellent recommendations and guidance. Room was very clean but a little smaller than we would have liked, being unable to open one of the bedside cabinets and needing to be careful when opening the bathroom door as the wardrobe was behind it. Included breakfast was very nice with a good selection of hot and cold options although my wife would have liked the small frankfurter sausages to have been available every day! We also had a meal on the rooftop terrace the night of our arrival and the food was very good. The highlight however was the view from the rooftop, offering as promised a panoramic view across 360 degrees. Make sure you take a proper camera if you have one so you truly capture the spectacular views of the amazing mosques and other attractions.

Rooms were smaller and less opulent than they appeared in photos. Did not appreciate being accompanied to room (had no luggage, needed no help) and having obvious facts like location of the closet and the minibar pointed out in a clear attempt for a tip when no valuable service was rendered.

Room was nice and warm with heated floors and towel rack. Views from the rooftop were great, especially at sunset. Breakfast included tasty menemen and simit. Liked the option to pay cash whereas most other hotels required prepayment by credit card. Plenty of taxis right outside the hotel, very convenient for returning to the airport.

Everything was great

Right in the centre of the old town. 2 minutes to Sultanahmet square. Roof top terrace bar had magnificent views. Easy walking distance to all the main attractions of Istanbul Breakfast included,staff were really friendly and helpful I would definitely stay here again, and will recommend to all my family and friends

the rooms are very very small. but then the next day they moved us to a slightly bigger room. the breakfast menu could be better. there weren’t much variety and tea option.
