NetherlandsThe hotel itself is a bit dated and the cleanliness was okay, but nothing impressive. However, the location is fantastic—close to everything and very convenient. What really made my stay great was the staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to solve any issue or answer questions. Their service was truly exceptional and made a big difference in the overall experience. Breakfast was surprisingly good for a 3-star hotel. There was a decent selection, everything was fresh, and the staff kept refilling the buffet regularly. Free parking on-site was also a big advantage, especially in this area. While I do think the price doesn’t fully match the overall quality of the facilities, if I would stay here again it would be just for the amazing staff. They truly made the stay worthwhile.

RussiaLocation is good. Staff is friendly. But in my first room a window didn't close completely so on the next day I have a lot insect bites (maybe mosquitos or flies). I bought the remedies for bites and itches, but they did not help much. And on the day of departure my hand swelled. So it was not the best experience in my life. But maybe I just unlucky)

United KingdomThe room description and photos say and show tea/coffee making facilities however mine and a couple of others I saw didn't have them.
A nice hotel in a good central location convenient for the train station and city. I stayed at the hotel last year too and it's great value for money, with a good buffet breakfast included in the room rate. My stay this time was slightly marred by a mix up over payment that I ended up spending time sorting out rather than enjoying the city. Otherwise all was fine.

We booked this hotel as it is near the train station - unfortunately train to Tarsus did not work and that made our travel very difficult as the hotel does not have dolmus near enough - have to walk quite a long way to get the bus.

ItalyI felt at home. I had booked a room but it was offered a wonderful suite with one big bedroom and a marvellous living room. The rooms are very clean, the services are excellent, the breakfast is generous, the staff is professional, courteous and attentive to guests' needs and the location of the hotel is strategic. The stay in this fantastic structure alone is worth a new trip to the beautiful Adana.
