We were on the first floor. The first night, the bar was very noisy, but the other nights it was fine. They also offered to move to the upper floors, but we were lazy.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Absolutely ideal location, everything you need is within walking distance or public transport from Taksim. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and always smiling. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room, comfortable beds and a varied Turkish breakfast exactly according to my expectations. Room service every day, clean towels, full minibar. Don't be afraid to pay a little extra for a room on the top floor with a balcony and a view.

The location is nice but the area is not nice. The stuff should not have this attitude, unless they are kind mostly with men. (Of course that goes for specific people and not all the stuff) Very dark rooms. Room cleaning service.

We had a wonderful stay at Akka Suites in Istanbul. The hotel is located right beside Istiklal Street, one of the city’s most vibrant and crowded areas. Despite this, our room was very well soundproofed, and we had no trouble getting a restful sleep. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, even allowing us to check in earlier, which made our arrival much more convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. If you’re looking for a hotel in a prime location but still want peace and comfort, Akka Suites is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again!

I’ve been 10 days, and unfortunately the entire area serve very loud music, every day, until very late at night, at certain point if you need silence to sleep, better to get with you a good hear plugs; thanks AirPods for the “noise isolation”🙏 TV are not smart, and you can’t even connect any personal device to watch some Movie or whatever, only 2 channels in English with Arabic subtitles; get with you a computer if you plan to stay more then a weekend and maybe enjoy a movie some night.

Wonderful position, located in a super cozy little street but just couple of minutes walking from the big and beautiful shopping area, restaurants, clubs and Taksim Square. Big rooms. Friendly and welcoming people, a special thanks to the house keeping always professional and very helpful🙏

it was a little noisy from the outside. But we could sleep well.

It was a very pleasant stay! Great location, super nice service. We have been upgraded with the room. Breakfast is a great choice of buffet. We also used a hammam, which was really nice after a whole day of walking. Totally recommend, when in Istanbul will book this hotel again.

Not a total dislike but some junior staff are a bit ignorant. Our room do not have bath gel and I asked for it. They gave me body lotion instead. I told them that I wanted bath gel and they say their lotion is their gel. I told them to double check. Sure enough they came back with bath gel. This is a slight mistake, overall staff are very courteous and polite.

Location and cleanliness. It’s near Taksim Sq so quite central to the main shopping and restaurant area.

It was very clean, high quality of rooms, great cleaning personnel ( Nazira and Nihal). We took an option with breakfast and dinner, food was really nice and high quality, no any problem with wi-if. Only thing that I would like to add is that hamam and sauna is not available as hotel claimed, usually from 5 p.m till 10 p.m it was always busy. But that was the only one point, so far 9.5/10!!!!

Wifi is an issue in case you are on a working trip.

The propery is ideally located close to Istiklal. GALATA tower is a 15-20 minutes walk . The property was better than described . Large rooms - clean - daily change of towels and room serviced daily as well.

Very hard to access with car you need to wait down the road and you need to be in for breakfast before 10:30 even it finish at 11 they don’t refill everything after that

Everything was amazing! I am working in hospitality also, this, I understand how difficult is to satisfy all the preferences of the guest! However, they were so nice and welcoming. From the beginning to the end!! I have an allergy to dust, the housekeeping manager took really good care of me. The doorman, we loved him. Thank you all! Special thanks to Muhsin, Halil, Sener, Oguz, Hazal, Cemal, Ismail !! We really enjoyed our stay!
