Wonderful hotel. Great location and facilities, great staff

So you’ve got this great hotel in a wonderful, serene setting and every night until at least 10:00pm (after some lovely music played by local musicians) you’re subjected to pounding DJ techno beat noise. It’s just ridiculous to have such noise in such a setting. Come to think of it, we were assaulted by this same noise in the mid afternoon as we sat out on our patio.

This a great hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The breakfast is excellent. It is in a good location. All of this is 5*+!!

We had an amazing experience from the moment we arrived till departure. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The Cave room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The breakfast selection was fresh and delicious. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning next time we are in town!"

The sheets had an odd smell, and the room that I stayed in was near the storage area, so there was a little bit of a ruckus in the morning and the afternoon.

The room was exceptional, the breakfast was satisfactory, the staff were helpful and welcoming, and the location was great.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The ambience, staff, rooms, location, everything was excellent. Very good room service as well. Loved the breakfast and the new year party hosted by the kaira rooftop. Highly recommended stay. Will come here for sure in future.

Everything was amazing.

Superb location and great rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Reception staff organised our balloon and private tour - both were great. Evenings were fun with music and drinks and sheesha on the rooftop.

A nice little cave room, very clean and comfortable. The stay was romantic, especially on the day we arrived when the first snow started falling heavily. Everything was beautifully covered in white, making the hotel even more cozy.

Location, it has a great view walking distance to the main center area. The restaurant , local and lovely view . The hospitality from the hotel staff is great! They give us so many tips for our tours, had our room earlier because we arrive never check in but they where able to accommodate us at our arrival, that give us the opportunity to rest before our amazing AVT tour The SPA is absolutely recommended, specially after walking all day! Private Turkish experience, superb

It was a good experience staying in this hotel. Bieng built in layers, we had a lovely view from the terrace restaurant of the city and sunset. On check out we came to know that a song in Tiger 3 was shot in the same hotel

What's not to like about this place. It was perfect, everything I expected and more! Close to main street with restaurants, bars and shops. It has the best views of GOREME ❤️

The food menu is not that elaborative, they can add some more items to it. Rest whatever is there in the menu is really nice.

The property is very very well maintained. The staff is nice and very cooperative. The food was also amazing.

The restaurant was small and it was hard to find a place to sit in the morning. They had no space for me at dinner. There was a large tour group visiting and it was not relaxing to share a small space as a solo traveler. The meal itself was wonderful and again the staff were fantastic. The rooftop area for photos did not have the ambiance that I was expecting for the photos. Perhaps it is better in warmer weather.

The hotel staff were wonderful. I also loved my room and it was so warm when it was cold outside. The room was large and rustic with heated floors. The staff were amazing and so kind. Rose always checked on me and made me feel taken care of. They helped me get transportation and were available 24/7. The staff was warm and happy, probably the best staff of any hotel on my trip. Thank you all for making me feel so welcome.

The rooftop restaurant food is poor! I order a burger. The french fries were cold and it was very little meat on it wife order a pasta dish that she had to send back ASAP.

Rose and her team were extremely attentive to our needs. The property is beautiful and sits in a great location.

Outstanding Hotel in Göreme with one of the best views and the best rooftop. Warm and friendly welcome at the reception by Rose. There was nothing to complain about and Artemis can be highly recommended for your stay in Cappadocia.

Our room was directly under the bar which plays live music every night. It was quite loud however the music was great and finishes up at 9:30. We bought earplugs anyway and so we were not affected. Our door was right next to the restaurant so it was annoying having loud Americans talk trash which we could here through our door as they were less than 3m away.

Great location for viewing the balloons. And really just an epic location with outstanding views of the area. Staff were great. The rooms were also fantastic.
