Location of the hotel is perfect. Parking place is available or in the front og hotel or in 100m parking zone. Grocery shops, restaurants, cafes are all around. . 24hourse registration is a great benefit. Breakfast is - just enough.

IrelandThe second you close your window the heating air conditioner turns on and we get roasted. I know it's normal for Turkish people but it was really warm for us even in December. We had to keep the window open so the heater doesn't turn on.
Location is great. Staff are nice. Service is great. Breakfast is very nice and they change things up daily. Really enjoyed our long stay there.

United StatesI stayed at the end of October and outdoor temperatures were highs of 80°/27C. The room was uncomfortably warm, there was no AC, and leaving the balcony windows open was impossible with street noise and lights from front of the hotel shining into the room. I'm also not a fan of these new design for showers where the glass partition only extends halfway across the enclosure.
I frequently come to Sakarya for one or two nights, usually book with which ever hotel has the cheapest rates, and was very surprised with what I found at the Arya. The room was huge, bed very comfortable, and very nice breakfast buffet. I forgot my electrical outlet converter and the staff went above and beyond trying to find one that fit my device.
