BREAKFAST WAS VERY COMPLETE AND VARIETY OF FOODS AND DRINKS. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT VERY CLOSE TO SUBWAY AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT.ROOMS CLEAN AND BIG SPECIALLY THE BATHROOM.

Hotel is conveniently located near Taxim, only 5 minutes walk. Free car parking is a great advantage. Comfortable beds, very good breakfast with huge variety of choices. We were upgraded free of charge to a better room. Hotel also offers late check-out.

Nothing, everything perfect.

The best hotel I've stayed and the best service I've seen! Everything was excellent. From the check-in to check-out, the staff and the manager Dilek and the assistant manager Najoua have done the most to make sure we were satisfied. During our stay we've got little surprises and gifts which it's really special. The rooms are clean, tidy and luxurious, even with hamam on the bathroom. The location is close to the main square and streets. They got valet parking as well. It's rare to find this level of service and the value of hotel. A truly five star hotel. We loved our stay in Barceló, and can't think of any other better choice in Istanbul next time I'll be in this city.

Rooms are big and clean with all the features for maximum comfort. The staff is a real 5-star experience, very attentive and helpful, Ibrahim at the Concergie seems to read your mind and he's always there when you think of something. Breakfast is served in a very spacious room and is full of choices, from traditional turkish meals to international gourmet.

It was our first time in Barcelo so at first we only booked 2 nights but then we decided to extend our stay because we really appreciate this hotel. All the services were really satisfactory. I want to thank all the staff to made it feel like home for us especially Hatice, Halimeh and Nazli for there kindness and all the other personal. I highly recommend this hotel.

Replace the broken Sun lounger on the roof terrace - only a small item but stands out at such a nice well maintained hotel

A super hotel! Nice spacious rooms, a lovely friendly vibe throughout the hotel. We were welcomed to the hotel by Halima who gave us the perfect introduction and warm welcome. We were welcomed most days with a warm smile from our super housekeeper Nurten but it would be wrong to single just these two staff members out for praise as ALL the staff were exceptional! Well done Barcelo Istanbul - you are a great team and a fabulous hotel!
