the wellness place were not well organized neither in space nor in welcoming desk , there is no privacy in the massage part .

room was space enough , clean , quiet rooms , breakfast was good enough , there were enough kinds of food to meet the different tastes and mentalities

Everything else was good, but the housekeeping had some lapses. For example, they forgot to put wine glasses or replace all the towels after cleaning. We were there for about 10 days, but unfortunately, they didn't wash the toilet and sink. There were some dirty stains inside and around the toilet

This place was awesome! The location was great, the breakfast was fresh, and the staff were friendly. Khadijeh, the receptionist, was especially helpful even though I had to reserve our rooms last-minute.

The level of cleanliness in the rooms does not correspond to a hotel of this level. Also after cleaning, every time the slippers disappeared, so I had to ask reception again. But all requests were fulfilled quickly.

Steam sauna didn't work in ladies area.

I really enjoyed my stay at Barcelo Hotel. The location is central, a few minutes away from Taksim Square, yet in a quiet street. Less than 1 minute walk from the airport shuttle. Excellent. The hotel is chique and clean. The breakfast offers a great selection of fresh food and drinks, including a couple of warm dishes. Spa and fitness area are spacious. Rooms are very comfortable. Special thanks to Halime for enabling early check-in and a really nice upgraded room. Turgut,Simge, Ilyas at front desk or concierge were also kind. Overall the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean. I appreciated the attention to detail in the housekeeping, as everything was tidy and well-organized. Perhaps the best thing about this hotel, however, is its location. It is situated 5 minutes walk from the Taksim square, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. I loved being able to step out of the hotel and immediately be surrounded by the excitement of the city. I would certainly stay here again in the future.

We had big room (50 square meter) and the room wasn't in the best shape I would offer some maintenance. Also the room wasn't clean enough in my opinion. Also we expected for better breakfast. The price we paid for a night was around 300 euro.
