We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Firstly, the hotel is in a fantastic location. It is a 5 minute walk to Taksim Square (which has a metro station) and Istiklal Street, which is full of traditional shops and restaurants and a must-see for every visit to Istanbul. The hotel is modern and clean with a good ambiance. The staff (especially at check in / reception) were incredibly professional and friendly. We received excellent service from the Manager, alongside Hatiche and Halimeh. We stayed in a suite with Turkish hamam. The room was spacious and clean with fantastic amenities. We enjoyed the city view from the room.

ColombiaDid not make the experience uncomfortable, but the room still smells of tobacco from the days when smoking was allowed in the room. Breakfast could have more local options, as it is very international (and good) but not diverse in terms of Turkish options.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the hotel to the fullest. Staff was extremely friendly and well spoken in English, making answering our questions quite agile. Room service was prompt and excellent in quality, but I would recommend ordering the Caesar's Salad with the dressing on the side. Location is great, walking distance from main subway lines and easy access by taxi with loads of restaurants nearby.
