Wonderful budget hotel. Breakfast was nice. Hotel is also nice, and a special shout out to the hotel manager Haroon and also Awab for being very courteous and providing us with excellent customer service and going out of their way to make us week comfortable, and answering all our queries! They made the stay enjoyable! Location is perfect as close to nearby attractions and walking distance to the Tram stations also.

It was an amazing stay! They staff was friendly, helpful and considerate. Recommendations for food and Bosfor boat trip worked really well! The room was cozy and clean (cleaning once per day with bed ding). Great location and nice surroundings of the historical city!

Amazing place to stay in the heart of Istanbul! It is a five-minute walk from a huge variety of historical sites, such as the Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque. It is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The front desk workers were also extremely helpful and kind; they helped us find things to do and stored our luggage for us after we checked out. My husband often travels to Istanbul for work, and he will be staying here again. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. We were travelling with a two year old and we had quite a lot of request, and they helped us with every one of them. The staff was super helpful, especially Harun who helped us with all our doubts. We can't recommend this hotel enough, amazing value for the price and the location is excellent.

Absolutely loved our stay! For the price, the service was incredible. Super clean with daily housekeeping, comfy sheets and towels, and a nice bathroom. Spacious rooms and a lovely, helpful staff. The host was fantastic, guiding us on public transport and sharing city tips in multiple languages (English, Turkish, Hindi). He even went out of his way to accommodate our special request of flowers for my wife. They helped with our late-night airport transfer and always greeted us with a smile every day. Great amenities – free water, air con, and wifi. Quiet area but fantastic location, just a short walk from main attractions and great restaurants. Easy access to boats, trams, and the Blue Mosque (7 minutes away). Perfect for exploring both the European and Asian sides of the city while having a peaceful place to return to. Highly recommend!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us great tips on what to do in the area, where the best places to shop are, and which places are more expensive. Their recommendations were very helpful. The accommodation itself was also good. Initially, we thought it would be very noisy at night, but that was not the case at all. We were able to sleep wonderfully. The room was nice and tidy and safe. Overall, a very positive experience and I can highly recommend this hotel.

Pros. Incredibly clean. Incredibly kind and amazing customer service. Someone in our group wanted Turkish coffee and they had none. The next day for breakfast they had made some for her. They surprised some other guests with a small cake with a candle for their birthday. That level of special and spectacular service. Shout out to Haron!!They are incredibly knowledgeable about the area, transportation, where to go etc and are happy to share that knowledge. Incredibly safe. They lock the lobby at night and there is always someone at the front desk. Cons. It is a budget hotel. Rooms are smaller with minimal furniture. But honestly there is nothing I couldn’t make do without. For the price you are paying, this is an incredible deal. It is a tad loud in the rooms due to street proximity but nothing a pair of earplugs could not resolve. Overall, highly recommended.

We spent wonderful one week holiday in Istanbul. The location of the hotel is really great - very close to Hagia Sofia (5 min), Blue Mosque (10 min), Topkapi Palace (5 min), and Port (maybe 10 - 15 min). Easy transfer from Istanbul Airport (by bus) via Aksaray (tram to stop - Gulhane). Tram stops close to the hotel. Room was clean and really comfortable. Very tasty breakfasts. Also great, nice and very helpful staff, who do everything to solve problems as soon as possible. Close to the hotel there are many very good restaurants and shops. A few things in the room showed life but it had no effect on the comfort rather more aesthetics if you have good eyes ;). Maybe after season they will do some renewal and they will exchange the most used things but for me this is not a problem and rather normal situation because there are a lot of guests all the time from almost all over the world. Definitely for this price it is very nice hotel to spend time and visit Istanbul. For us it will be nice to come back there if we could visit Istanbul next time :)

The location is excellent, next to the nicest area of the old town. The room had everything we needed with a comfortable bed and so quiet and clean. At breakfast there is a variety of choice and all food is delicious. The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful!

Location was perfect and it’s close to everything and easily accessible. The street outside was so good and nice to hangout during the evenings. Harun and Barin were exceptional from the moment we checked in until we checked out. They made our stay stress free by providing all the information we needed during the stay and helped us throughout the day no matter what time it was. Definitely recommend this place for anyone going to Istanbul.

The bathroom was pretty small. We asked for a crib for our toddler, but it was it didn't have a mattress in it. We asked them to arrange a tour and there wasn't follow through on it - but we also didn't ask again and decided we didn't want to do a tour, so it ended up being a good thing (but just know to follow-up a few times/ confirm).

Great location and budget friendly. The beds were soft and comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Staff provided a crib for our toddler. Staff also assisted with arranging airport transfers and great recommendations of where to go and a number to contact and very friendly. Prior to arriving, I was able to communicate quickly via what's app with staff.

The lift is very helpful. The rooms are clean and fragrant. The staff are valuable in the operations they help us 1st time tourists to find our way to the must visit places. The briefing was helpful and should be continuously done. Kudos to Harum and Berrin!!
