The only thing that was a slight negative was that the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the foam top made us roll into the centre of the bed.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic and held on a rooftop with amazing views. The location is perfect for those who like to be in walking distance to main attractions. Airport transfers were easily arranged through the hotel. We had an amazing stay and wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

Wonderful location with a rooftop view on a blue mosque. Amazing breakfasts. Very good location , just in the middle of all the touristic spots. An as a cherry on top - private hammam in every room. Pure pleasure !

The breakfast could have more variety

The location is very strategic to sightsee the old city. The staff was great! Mr. Mustafa, Mr. Caner, Mr. Ramzan and Mr. Muhammed were exceptional!

friendly staffs, excellent hospitality, very clean and comfortable bedrooms with a HAMAM. Wonderfull breakfast and window view, with a Plus with a free afternoon tea. Extreme convenient location, close to the Blue Mosque and all other tourism points.

It could be one of the guest but someone was shouting at night and banging door. It did disturb our sleep but as I mentioned it could be one of crazy guest in adjacent room.

My stay at best point hotel was spectacular! The staff Janat, Mustafa, Ali and Yunus were super friendly, they served me a welcome drinks and a Baklava, they gave me all needed information for sightseeing in Istanbul, The room was clean and was consistently cleaned everyday, The room had all needed drinks (Tea/Coffee, sweets), The breakfast was amazing and very tasty with all the delicious Turkish and continental breakfast open buffet with a great view for The blue mosque and blue water! I would definitely visit again and stay at this wonderful place!

Great location in Old Town near many places to visit, and all kinds of restaurants with 10 minutes walk. A small boutique hotel. Very comfortable. In very nice condition. Wonderful breakfast on the top floor with views of the Blue Mosque and the Bosphorus Straights. Staff were very accommodating and helpful at all times. Cost was very reasonable. Would stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was very very clean, and I appreciate that a lot because not all hotels with high points are this clean. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and friendly and made you feel very well. The location is central and close to most touristic objectives. Breakfast was varied and tasty with a wonderful view. The snacks during the day were ok. We had a room that had its hamam which was perfect in the evening after the long walks during the day. Thank you Best Point Hotel!

The hotel was perfectly located in the old city, within walking distance to the blue mosque, hagia sofia, spice bazaar...etc. The staff were friendly, helpful and made you feel very welcome. The room had everything we needed and more, we had the family room with two rooms, it also had a hamam( turkish sauna) the kids loved it. The beds were very comfortable. And it had a terrace with a view of the bosphorous. Room 307 The breakfast had everything you needed with a great view. The staff were very friendly. A great a pleasurable stay. And fulfilled all our needs.

A little noise, from the outside and you can hear people, but it think it’s normal in Istanbul

Verry nice and helpful staff, really nice! They are almost like family. Position verry good and close to main attractions, easy to access tram ans buses. They provide snacks, drinks and snacks. Watter is free in the room
