Saudi ArabiaI booked a room with Jacuzzi, but after i checked in i found that the jacuzzi wasn’t working. it was just like a bathtub. i found slippers in the closet, i used them, when i checked out they told me that i have to pay for the slippers!! it was in the closet with nothing mention about buying it. i found it there so i thought its for free to take. but unfortunately i had to pay for it. other than that i have enjoyed
i liked the room, staff are very friendly and respectful. the tea time is perfect, it was the best tea i have ever tasted in my life, it was different, i hope i can get the name of the tea brand so i can purchase it. and there is an entertainment center for children, gaming consoles, arcade for the kids, etc…

Saudi ArabiaWe booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel via the hotel, each assistant give us a different price, also, when the driver picked us up, he didn’t wait for us at the gate inside the airport, we were looking for him outside the airport! Also, his driving was so fast and uncomfortable, the car was small whereas other companies are huge and comfortable! We asked for a driver for a tour in Sapanca for one day, they said the maximum time is 5:30 p.m. for 150$ and we started the journey 11:30! Also, the driver only speaks Turkish and we are tourists, it’s supposed that they have a driver who speaks English even a little! The first place we visited in Sapanca was Sopeli, he didn’t wait for us at the entrance, instead he was walking with us
The hotel is on a high land so keep in mind that you need a car , walking is a little bit difficult, Wonderful hotel with magnificent view of the lake, friendly staff especially Renim she welcomed us so much and speaks Arabic, also Canan is kind and eager to help us all the time, we booked two standard rooms and the hotel upgraded one of them to a premium room, Thank you so much Cabir Hotel,
