The rooms were not soundproof

Good value, I especially liked the nice beach area. The beach is nice with food and drink service and lots of space between sunbeds.

I think the cleaning can improve. I also had a problem on arrival, we were in 3 and they gave me the room with 2 single beds. At the same time they put another extra bed but the space was very tight, I had difficulty opening the wardrobe and the refrigerator.

I loved the location, breakfast and very good pool.

The room has a fridge but it barely cools things. Although this is not a self-catering facility, it would have been better if the mini bar worked. The other thing which bothered us is that some people from outside the hotel can come and sit by the pool and that limits the number of sunbeds and spaces available for hotel residence especially that the pool is not very big. Towel changing doesn't happen every day. we had only our towels changed twice in 10 days. The second time, I had to request it. To be fair, if you request something from the cleaners, they do it promptly.

We liked the hotel and the location. It's perfect with the beach just a couple of minutes away. There is a beach bar, pool bar and a restaurant. They all serve nice drinks and decent food. The prices are reasonable too. The place is vibrant and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Also the hotel is a short walk from the supermarket Migros and other shops. Very accessible to get to the centre of Marmaris using public transport. You can also walk to the center from the hotel, passing by many restaurants and clubs. The area is always husling and bustling and full of life. Many staff members speak English and always ready to help. They all great you with a smile. Breakfast is very good with a variety of things. The seating area is beautiful with the option to sit in the air-conditionined indoor space or outside. The view from the breakfast space outside is amazing. The rooms have air-conditioning and nice balcony views.The cleaners are really nice and respond to any request promptly.

It is an old hotel and the rooms are old, especially the bathroom could use a good refurbishment. It is poorly soundproofed, which you notice especially when there are events at the hotel and at the surrounding hotels. Difficult to sleep when you hear the music until 1-2 at night. There is also a bit of a language challenge, as several of the staff do not understand English,

The pool was new and clean. Enjoyed that the hotel had and "own" beach. Good location. nice staff and the AC was working perfectly when it was around 35-40 degrees.

Hotel - in OK shape. Need some renovation to make it more appealing. it has very non modern basic style -some modern painting and fixing of the mirrors in the bathroom would go a long way. Balcony style could be changed to glass to take advantage of the view. The cat at the breakfast was annoying - better to feed her in the morning and keep her away from the customers.

A few bars near the car road work till 00 00. A bit noise from car road. I'm very sensitive and I hear it. But it was possible to sleep for whole of the night. I used earplugs for the best condition. Just my note.

Trip in the middle of September 2023. Breakfast is very tasty: beans, fried eggs, omelette, tomatoes, cucumber, corn flakes,jams,fresh bread,tasty watermelon and melon and etc. Location is good. It's far from the many bars. It was possible to sleep after 00 00. I used earplugs with opened balcony door. At the same time it's not the edge of a promenade, not so big distance to cafes and shops. Bus stop is 2 minutes walking from the hotel. Busses come every 5-7 minutes. The room was clean and without smells. Good private cosy beach near the hotel. WI fi is available at the beach. Staff is very hospitable:) Mary thanks for their attention.

Maybe the breakfast could have had more options or changed a little daily as it was mainly the same thing everyday.

The breakfast was good, maybe a bit more variety would make it better. Location was good as just far away from the centre but not too close so it wasn't noisy.

Not allowed to have own drinks by pool or on the beach because you had to purchase from the bar. Room smelt like damp and no wifi in the room. Bit unorganised when checking in.

The resort has White lights everywhere which makes it look cheap which is not. The room it self (seashell 42) is clean and will maintained however out of style very basic. The hot water in the room is very limited and could be an issue for large family. The internet is not functioning although many complains were made.

Nice resort with direct access to the beach, mini market on site which is great. Many swimming pools and sun beds. Restaurant and bar on site if needed. The resort looks amazing in the daytime.

Unprofessional, unsafe practices, electrical fittings not safe, unprofessional staff, low budget running limited services. many sections of the rooms and the property run down and cheaply fixed unsafe.
