Far from major tourist locations, although you can get metro, make travel card easier to navigate and cheap. Reception/lobby doesnt exist , if you want to sit around lobby. Breakfast very poor,

Cleanliness, have a little swimming pool if you are with your kids. Good wifi, and close to metro. Value for money as compared to other hotels

Perhaps they can consider more powerful extraction fans from the SPA in basement as the humid air from the SPA, with all the spa smells of pool treatments, hits one so strongly after leaving reception to walk to the lifts.. I did not use the massage and hamam treatments as the price menu was not readily availed.

The room I was allocated at the front - on second floor - had dresser desk which i was able to use as a working desk and the wifi was strong and stable ! I could continue with work without a problem! The SPA was useful as I swam at evenings, ran in the treadmill and used the sauna and steam rooms. Breakfast was predictable after 2 nights stay.

Got assigned end of corridor room on first floor. Very busy corridor with the door at end of corridor being used every 5 minutes after 03:00 AM -as breakfast room and kitchen are on this floor. Hardly slept as i also checked in very early morning. No desk.

They were at reception between 01:00 and 02:00 (AM) allowing me to check in. Walking distance from the last stop of the shuttle bus from Airport. They moved me to another room on the front facinf the street.

Some rooms smelled like smoke. Istanbul has a tremendous amount of smokers. I dislike the smell of smoke and so I had to move from the first room. The staff was very accommodating.

The room I ended up in was pleasant, roomy and adequate. The staff did their best to be helpful. The location is excellent for access to various locations including various food options, restaurants and markets which are literally right outside the front doors of the hotel. Breakfast, in the hotel, is decent too. I just wish they had some orange juice or some other beverage besides water to have with the meal.

Technical condition of room: steering device for air condition in room was not working (central steering thru receptionist by call only), water pump at shower could not switched off easily, wall decoration broken, window had to be repaired, entrance door of room outside was construction (manual workers started to finish). In total severall small events which could be avoided by regular control and repairs in case of need before room will be hand out to guest - this as a proposal to management.

Excellent service: high orientation to satisfaction of guest / customer. Prompt reaction to complaint and caring for solution immediately. Sea view (suite). Hotel located close to shopping malls and restaurants. Public car parking close to hotel and special price for hotel guests.
