Bedding was not changed was not happy with housekeeper even the bed sheets was not properly tucked in so for that it's a zero.

The hotel was clean and good location for shopping. The manager was not friendly at all she find me sitting at the restaurant waiting for the room to be cleaned she never even bother to great. That's not an issue for me as I don't care if a person great or not. I'll like to thank all staff members who are working at the reception very friendly and they offer their help well done guys I give you 10. One more thing the room was not what I choose , I booked the city view but was given the room that I couldn't even see nothing, I'm one person who doesn't like to complain.

There is only one elevator that is extremely busy at certain times. Cleaning is done in the room only if you leave a message on the door handle. Upon arrival, I was given different rooms than the ones I had chosen on Booking. There are no rooms with "city" and "garden" view, or they are extremely few. One of our rooms had no window at all. After I made a bit of a scandal at the reception, I was allowed to change one of the rooms (anyway, my father had a view of a beautiful wall located one meter from the window). I did not manage to identify any "garden". The finishes in the rooms and bathrooms are done by non-professionals, but in the end that is not the defining factor. The breakfast room is small and cramped. I list here what you can eat: boiled eggs, sausages - probably the cheapest in town, cucumbers and tomatoes, some hard-to-identify jams, some dubious-looking cereals, halva and some kinds of fresh cheese (fortunately ok), some slices of bread and pretzels cut into pieces. It's possible that there's something else we didn't catch. The coffee is undrinkable (fortunately you have tea). There was also a fridge with cola (obviously charged separately). The weakest four-star hotel in Romania or Bulgaria would laugh at what we had for breakfast here. The staff was ... like people. Some kind, others indifferent. Would I go back? Maybe for the pleasant neighborhood around. But I think not. Until then, if you can find accommodation here at a good price, go ahead.

The hotel is clean. The rooms are ok, without having anything special. It is a decent three-star hotel (in the conditions of my country, Romania). Don't expect to find a four-star hotel (Istanbul has become a huge scam anyway, but I say this from personal experience). The parking opposite was a big plus for us, who came by car (those staying at the hotel had a good price, about 5 euros per day).

The breakfast was not good, for a 4 star hotel i expected a better breakfast.staff was wearing clothes like the customers..so you cant see the difference. Ohh they charge you for omelet!! Even 3 star hotels dont charge you for that!!

Staff are amazing, they always ready to help with the biggest smile in their face. I love their breakfast too. Simple but because it's different to what I normally have, I was very excited to go to breakfast room every morning.
