The only issue with the property is the location which is quite high and will give you a climbing experience.

The hotel is really nice with nice hosts. We had a comfortable experience there.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived. Our room was upgraded to deluxe room for free (by bookimg because of genius lvl), but homestly I don't think it was a deluxe room, the bathroom was very small.

It was offered with breakfast and parking. There was no breakfast included, no parking. Luckily we found a parking space near to the hotel. Unfortunately the people were difficult to communicate in English.

The location is perfect, not easy to reach. The view from the last 2 floors is stunning. Very close to the nice area for shopping and port Ortakyoy, where you can reach by boat each point of historical Istanbul. Because of the misunderstanding they upgrade us with the best room with jacuzzi at the terrace.

The location in on top of up hill, so it is not easy to walk to the hotel. If you are Ok, then you will enjoy.

Rooms are big, the view was amazing. You can emjoy Boğaz (bosphorus)view. Location is gof and it is central.

Hotel is located on top of a hill and road to the hotel was not very convenient even with car. Free public parking is available beside the street but it was very hard for us to find a parking spot when arrive around midnight.

You will enjoy the view and the balcony! Room was also clean. If you have car many attractions are close, but without car you need to walk a steep way to reach the main road.

Location is very central and really close to Ortakoy and other touristic places. It was easy to travel from Istanbul Airport. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.

I never had a proper bedsheet it was a just a thin blanket I could hear a noise outside the bathroom. Like some sort of fan or something. I could smell smoke, I think from people standing outside reception smoking. Breakfast was basic, just a few bits of cheap cheese and cheap dry bread, olives one measly slice of cheap salty meat. A few slices of tomato and cucumber. No water, juice or coffee. all the cutlery is plastic, even the plastic cups in my bedroom which went soggy after having a cup of tea. Terrace had a lot of litter scattered about. It’s very untidy.

my basement room was clean and comfortable. The view from the terrace is really nice. The staff are very friendly, and they allowed me to check in and check out late which was great.

location- it’s located in hill (very Istanbul style) and there was a great view of Bosporus and Galata bridge but I’m not sure if there was any grocery store, etc around (we stayed only 12hour between our flights)

The loitering lads congregating outside the front door, smoking. The downstairs room, check-in / check-out area being used as a make shift bedroom and den by said lads. The fact that you had to pay for water and there was no form of drink with breakfast - no tea, coffee, juice or water - just the same repetitive cheese, bread, jam & salad each morning. Also, the towels felt like sandpaper.

I liked that it served its purpose. We had somewhere to stay and it was a 15 minute walk from the ferry in Ortakoy.

Our room and view were amazing. Hosting was friendly, but the location was top of the hill, no supermarket near the hotel, and if you didn't use the Uber, taxies charged you more than expected. for breakfast, had to choose to room or terrace and everyone's day was the same plate. It looks like apartments in comparison with the istanbul hotel. There was perfect for us

We visited the hotel many times because it is a nice place .Very comfortable and in a good location! All the staff are incredible!.We arrived at two o'clock night and they arranged everything immediately.Help us with baggage and the car . Fantastic place !I strongly recommend it!
