Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Well, you get for what you pay. It was the best deal in town, got a double room (the kind lady at the reception upgraded me). The room is OK, bed was comfortable. But the furniture is old, the window was broken, and it’s noisy. But for the price you get a good breakfast. Good deal!

The breakfast was a disappointment so didn't bother. The bins were not emptied during our stay. could have put a bed light beside the bed.
the front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. location was very good easy access to the otogar and the restaurant's and the shops.

Rooms are very small, but it's ok for one night
Really nice hotel at the perfect location. Exact in the city center. Many restaurants and shops near by. Guy on the reception is very helpful. Private parking lot is available. Nice breakfast

The toilet flushes a little difficult.
It actually offers a lot for the money and although the room is small, it is well arranged. Tried the television it worked but I had no use for it.

The toilet and bathroom premise was quite small, especially the part of it set for a toilet. The location is good, but the street is very noisy at night.
The location of the hotel is great, it has a convenient parking lot and the room was nice and spacious. The reception staff speaks English.

when I make my booking I pay the full amount but the receprtion say that no payment done and they ask me to pay againe,in Monday I can check my payment if they take it twice can I refund my money and how ?

The price vs quality correlation is bad. First of all the room was veeery small. 2nd - the shower is located 1 meter in front of a bowl, with no curtain or whatsoever. The bathroom floor is totally flat, so you have to take shower very fast, otherwise you are at risk of making your room flooded Breakfast is a joke :( I didn't like the breakfast. Not that it was not delicious, but they bring you a plate with 1 boiled egg, tiny piece of cucumber and tomato (like 1/6 of a whole cucumber and 1/6 of a whole tomato, 3-5 olives, 1 tiny piece of ham (like 5-10 gram seriously?), and a looooot of bread. No buffet. All I had is a tiny portion of breakfast for a 5 year old kid, which im my opinion is unacceptable. For 1 night it was ok place. But I don't recommend booking a room for 1 person. At least take a room with double-sized (king sized) bed.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, so special thanks to them. The location of the hotel is also very nice.

After a long day's travel I was welcomed into Class Hotel like I was part of the family. Barbaros at reception was warm and helpful with all my questions about the local area. He also told me that he had upgraded my room which was a real class move. The hotel is situated in the centre close to all the things you would want to visit, like the history museum and Atatürk's childhood home. After a good breakfast I was able to look around the city at my leisure while my bags were looked after. An all round great place to stay.

The staff was wonderful. We had some requests and they were very nice to fulfill them. We've had wonderful time there. The rooms were clean, fresh and warm. The breakfast area at the restaurant was also very cozy and warm in the morning.
