Very awesome stuff, awesome place with stunning views. Breakfast was superb and freshly/home made, room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Rooftop terrace was the best, we just loved it. 200% recommended! Everything was as described.

The property has a beautiful and conveniently located setting, on the hillside of Goreme. The rooms, property ambience, hospitality and breakfast were all excellent. The staff was quick and helpful to make suggestions on where to eat, or where to go, or to assist with airport drop-off, etc.

Small things like some energy fails throughout the night, but not a big deal. Breakfast could start a bit earlier.

The hotel feels very new and instalations are super nice. Room was big and comfortable. Great view from the terrace. Close enough to the city centre but still in a chill street, good restaurants around. Staff was super helpful and accomodating, helped me with all the tours and transportation.

This is a family-run hotel and is an excellent place. It's quiet and yet centrally located. Various cafes and restaurants are at walking distance. The rooms are very clean, and the amenities used are top-class. Mustafa and Ali are great at their work and can help guests book balloon ride and other tours at Cappadocia. Everything was great. Mustafa and his family are very hard-working and take care of everything

If anything, it is the parking situation downtown, but this is not specific to this hotel. If you decide to stay downtown, which you should certainly do, you will face the situation to find a parking spot in the narrow streets. The owner Mustafa helped us when needed and in the end, we always found a place to park.

If this is your first visit to Cappadocia, this is the hotel you should try to book. The location is great (within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and tour organizers) and you have a beautiful view over the city and the balloons in the morning. It's a new hotel and the rooms are comfortable and clean. But most importantly you should stay because of the owner. Mustafa is a former balloon pilot who helped us with everything: from choosing the right balloon flight company (don't book a flight where they squeeze in 28 people in a basket when you could fly with only 16), pointing us to places we can visit with our rental car, making a reservation for the whirling dervishes, to helping us where to park in the crowded downtown area. To anything we asked, Mustafa's answer always was "I will take care of it and let you know". In most cases, our reservation was confirmed and I was notified thru WhatsApp within a couple of hours. One more item that stands out is the breakfast with a lot of homemade local food items like yogurt, several jams, a variety of salads, homemade gozleme, and cake; in addition to the usual items that you will find in other hotels.

We had a fantastic stay at this butique hotel. The location is very convinient - in the historical part of Goreme but close to the city center with parking options and many restaurants. The room was cozy, nicely furnished and very clean. The breakfast was served in a rooftop room with beautiful views with lots of choices. The property has also trendy seating area for the baloon watching. The owners/staff were very welcoming and helpful in explaining baloon flights and helping us with booking. We felt like in a 5* hotel.

nothing really. it’s a small cosy place and very well kept. no lifts though.

The reception staff Ali was very helpful. The owner Mustafa was also equally helpful. Both of them helped us arrange our transport and guided us a lot with excursions. The location is quite decent, just a few steps aways from the centre. the property is very neat and clean. breakfast served is made by the owner’s wife and claimed to be mainly organic. it tasted quite well except that there were too kamy bees around the sweet items. terrace views are quite nice too. we saw the balloons from the terrace and captured some great shots.

staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice. good view of the valley of Goreme from the breakfast room and open air terrace. fridge in room and tea/coffee making facilities.

There are two "Concept" hotels in Cappadocia which can be confusing.

Ali was absolutely amazing. He helped us with the arrival shuttle transfer and booking the Green tour. He took care of all our needs and made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and clean, in a lovely quiet boutique hotel.
