Everything’s just great. Good location - 5 mins to karakoy, rooms newly renovated and brilliant view from room & breakfast restaurant. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the porter who assisted us on the morning of 18/09/2024. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he has black hair, wears glasses, and is always wearing a warm smile. We had booked transportation to the airport through an external agency, but when the driver was late, we began to grow anxious. The porter noticed our concern and, without hesitation, kindly offered his assistance. He took the initiative to call the driver and helped facilitate communication between us. Thanks to his prompt and thoughtful actions, we were able to make it to the airport on time and didn’t miss our flight. We truly believe that we owe it all to his help. His professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier, and we are incredibly grateful.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a remarkable experience during their stay in Istanbul. Over the course of my 4-night stay, I was continually impressed by the outstanding hospitality and attentiveness of the staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my room had been upgraded from a Standard Double to a Family Room, which was spacious, clean, and very cozy. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a comfortable stay. A few notable examples: • Ceren assisted us with booking ferry tickets for a day trip to another city, and went out of her way to help us locate stores, both online and in-person, where we could find baby food and other necessities. • Ilyas was always ready to lend a hand with our luggage and even shared tips on how to brew authentic Turkish tea, making us feel right at home. • When our baby fell ill with a fever, Yazan was incredibly helpful, guiding us to a 24/7 pharmacy and arranging a taxi to get us there quickly. • We were unfamiliar with the process of purchasing an Istanbul Travel Card, but Talha generously lent us his personal card to use during our stay, which made navigating the city much easier. Overall, this was one of the best hotel service experiences I’ve ever had. The warm, dedicated staff made our trip to Istanbul truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a seamless and enjoyable stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Csk Halich Port Hotel, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms were immaculately clean, and designed with great attention to detail, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their hospitality really stood out and made me feel right at home. A really a special thanks to them especially the front office! One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. Not only was the food delicious and varied, but the dining area also offered stunning views. Starting my day with such a beautiful view was an unforgettable experience. The location is perfect, close to many attractions, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend Csk Halich Port Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I can’t wait to return!

The industrial strict of the Hotel is scaring ( not the hotel fault) but for families is should taken inconsiderable that you will be surrounded by electric shops ، Plumbing stores and a lot of workers. This has a not hotel problem

The stuff is really attentive and very welcoming,, they gave us upgrade room ,, would thanks specially yazan he is very helpful,, the breakfast is excellent with charming view overlooking the istanbul insights ,, don’t miss isteklal street is very near ,, Galatea port , Galatea tower is walkable distance

Although close to Karakoy, the hotel is not in the best area. I never felt unsafe, though the area feels low level. The bed is not good, we woke up with back pain every morning.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is very good, within walking distance from Karakoy port. The breqkfast was varied and very good and the view from the restaurant just amazing! Overall very good value for money.

Nothing to say as my stay was comfortable and peaceful. Staff are very friendly and accommodating and serves you to the best of they can to make your stay a desirable one.

Breakfast was excellent. It offers international selection and suggest in the future to have more of Turkish food such as menemen and all. It has the great view and atmosphere and friendly/accommodating staff.

Great staff and we received an upgraded room free of charge! Amazing experience, would come again for sure! They helped us with the parking as well, which was amazing! The view from the restaurant is fantastic!

We had a standard room and the view from the room was not nice. We appreciate the receptionist's willingness to upgrade our room, but the hotel was fully booked. However, our overall experience was satisfying, and we would visit again!

Spacious and clean room. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was on the top floor with a nice view. Everyone from the staff was very well-manered and helpful. I would recommend it!
