all in all was awesome. a little suggestion that person who always seat in reception must know how to speak and understand english for easier communication.

the location was amazing, near the park and near tourist area. the manager assisted us shifting to suites rooms and all staff help us to transfer. very warm and hospitable. the cleaners are very friendly and accomodating to our daily need. Definitely lovely hotel.

One less pleasant manager at the first dinner. One felt that he was a guest of a lower category than those who paid on the spot. The second evening without a problem with another gentleman and a pleasant atmosphere.

We chose the option with a view of the city (the quieter side) and it was completely satisfactory. We got the 8th floor - we could see over the houses. Otherwise, the view to the opposite houses would probably be unpleasant. Very friendly staff, check-in took place already in the morning (the room was available), but it would not be a problem to leave only the luggages here until proper check-in. A very familiar hotel, modern. Excellent breakfast with a beautiful view, which is definitely worth it. Beautiful hotel cat. You can see that there are nice people there. The hotel is close to the Haliç metro station, so excellent accessibility. We chose accommodation not only with breakfast, but also with dinner. I can definitely recommend it. Dinner is served in the restaurant next door with a great view and especially the chocolate souffle! I believe we will come back again one day!

The breakfast was the same thing every day.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and supportive. The hotel is in an ideal location for walking to the pier, shopping, and taking the metro or ferry. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff are super attentive and anticipating your needs and offering apt solutions. Ceren was exceptional at reception despite having to deal difficult customer interactions but kept her calm and always professional. Restaurant for breakfast has the best views, best to go in the early hours.

This hotel is amazing and we only booked the basic room!!! Beautiful view towards the Galata tower from our bedroom. Spacious room with brand new facilities and lounge. Location is ideal, didn't need transportation not even once after arriving! Breakfast was delicious with stunning view towards the sea! Stuff always polite and helpful, excellent English. Very clean. Would definitely go again 100% recommend

Sometimes it is noisy because of the street traffic. The location is in the building material shops area, so for families with kids, you must be more careful if you decide to walk. Alternatively, you can use the very safe seafront walkway, but you will only use it to get to a transportation hub.

The location is within walking distance of many attraction points, restaurants, and transportation hubs. Rooms with a sea view give you a great view of the sea, except for the old building that blocks the 180-degree sea view. The staff is excellent, and they prepared a special welcome for our special occasion.

As there are always small details to improve, I think the hotel would benefit from improving the insulation of the bedroom windows. Even if it didn't affect our stay.

The staff is exceptional, always attentive. In short, top-quality service. The location is excellent too, as we visited everything on foot: all the monuments (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Galata Tower...) and mythical places like Taksim. There's also the extraordinary view from the Suite, which becomes breathtaking from the restaurant (10th floor). All in all, a very good choice.
