We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThis hotel is definitely worth the money - great location, metro station nearby, tram station 10 minutes away, so it is really easy to reach main Istanbul sights. The room was quite large and modern. The view from the window to the tower is simply stunning, also breakfast is on the top floor with an astonishing view of the Golden Horn Bay. The breakfast itself is very good, the choice is very good. The only negative I would note is that the air conditioner sometimes made a strange noise at night, despite the fact that it was turned off.

NetherlandsClean hotel with friendly staff. The pick-up from the airport went effortlessly. We got upgraded to a sea-view room upon arrival. The view was amazing with the Süleymaniye Mosque. Location was great with tourist attractions were on a walking distance. The terras is also great for taking pictures with the mosque on the background. We had an early flight the next morning, so we had to leave at 7.30am, right at the time when breakfast services start. Usually a hotel arranges an early breakfast or a take away, but unfortunately they were not able to provide an early breakfast.

The room was really comfortable and personal really kind. Breakfast has a wide variety of options and good is tasty. Parking is on the street but they do have reserved slots and help you parking if needed.

They provided me with many complimentary services, such as cappuccino and two room upgrades. The hotel is clean, perfectly located, and offers a stunning view. The breakfast is diverse and complete, with a panoramic view of Galata Bridge. I highly recommend it. I will never forget the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who are always ready to help.
