Area is a bit intimidating at night. But after we explored the area we realised how lovely the waterside restaurants were.

Spacious. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. Also very well located with a metro across the road. Also, a gorgeous view for breakfast.

This hotel is definitely worth the money - great location, metro station nearby, tram station 10 minutes away, so it is really easy to reach main Istanbul sights. The room was quite large and modern. The view from the window to the tower is simply stunning, also breakfast is on the top floor with an astonishing view of the Golden Horn Bay. The breakfast itself is very good, the choice is very good. The only negative I would note is that the air conditioner sometimes made a strange noise at night, despite the fact that it was turned off.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. The pick-up from the airport went effortlessly. We got upgraded to a sea-view room upon arrival. The view was amazing with the Süleymaniye Mosque. Location was great with tourist attractions were on a walking distance. The terras is also great for taking pictures with the mosque on the background. We had an early flight the next morning, so we had to leave at 7.30am, right at the time when breakfast services start. Usually a hotel arranges an early breakfast or a take away, but unfortunately they were not able to provide an early breakfast.

The air condition needs to be stronger bcz it became a little hot on sunny days.

You just cross the street to the metro station, 6 minutes from Galata Tower, all the stuff was helpful specially Shakofah, Bakhyt, and Ceren.

Just would appreciate to have the restaurant open or at least room service. Not a huge deal but it's handy to have the option sometimes.

The room was really comfortable and personal really kind. Breakfast has a wide variety of options and good is tasty. Parking is on the street but they do have reserved slots and help you parking if needed.

Location is great - close to the old city and close to markets and restaurants. The view from our room was amazing. The hotel was very clean and the rooms are large enough.

I was impressed by the services offered by the hotel. The staff is professional and friendly. I would like to thank everyone: Shakofah YAZAN ALI Hakan Emir Hatice The rest of the team also. They provided me with many complimentary services, such as cappuccino and two room upgrades. The hotel is clean, perfectly located, and offers a stunning view. The breakfast is diverse and complete, with a panoramic view of Galata Bridge. I highly recommend it. I will never forget the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who are always ready to help.
