My wife and I recently enjoyed a delightful honeymoon stay at CSK the Halich Port Hotel. We were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff, who were consistently attentive, helpful, and exceedingly polite. The hotel's location proved to be a convenient and strategic choice, with its proximity to the subway station, Galata Tower, and the picturesque riverfront. This made exploring the city both accessible and enjoyable. We also relished the morning ritual of indulging in a satisfying breakfast, which offered a delectable start to our days.

At first glance, the area where it is located seems a little isolated, it is a region where there are several plumbing shops, but it is quite safe even at night

The staff is incredible helpfull and welcoming. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very spacious and well furnished, the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable.But what is really impressive is the breakfast terrace (in the evening it is also a restaurant): a superb 5-star view

The location of the hotel is terrible as there are so many workshops and noisy atmosphere.

My recent stay at CSK Halich Hotel in Istanbul was truly excellent. The hotel's strategic location, within close proximity to both the metro and tram stops made it exceptionally convenient for exploring the city. The room was comfortable and modern, reflecting the newness and good condition of the hotel. While the breakfast provided was enjoyable, I found the selection to be somewhat limited. However, the stunning views during breakfast more than compensated for this.

Outside windows have bad sound isolation, a lot of noise coming in from construction site next to the hotel.

Location is very close to the M2 metro and less than 10 minutes walk to T1 Tram or F2 Cable car. Rooms are spacious and well equiped. Staff was very firendly.

I'll be honest, I have given this a lot of thought, but stiff coming up blank

The staff, and by that I mean all the staff, are super friendly, on every level. Whether at reception, chambermaids. dinng rooms of which there are two, never ignoring you, always tking time to help you with anything you were not sure about, such as obtaining metro tickets and a local sim card to coiver my 11 days there. Save you a fortune in roaming charges, and this was done by reception staff.

The view from our room on the 6th floor was overlooking the Golden Horn Bay. However the building opposite the hotel which looked dilapidated obstructed our view somewhat.

Breakfast buffet was well presented and so was the dinner menus. We enjoyed the view from the roof top restaurants very much which added to the ambience .

Staff were super helpful and easy to deal with. The location was great as well, walking distance to a lot of attractions. Room and shared spaces were all clean.
