We loved the staff, breakfast and the location was the best ! The staff was so helpful and friendly - in particular, Mehmed and Pinar were always there for us at reception and breakfast with a friendly smile and always helpful advice and support when we were making arrangements for tours / ideas of what to do for the day . The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on and the breakfast every morning was an event to look forward to - we didn't need to eat for the rest of the day ! We stayed for one week in the Csk The Halich Port Hotel and had a wonderfull time. The room was large, clean and had a good shower. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. Breakfast is good. Special thanks to Ceren for the good advices and lovely talks we had.

We had a room at the second floor, and the view was not even close to the pictures. Also, I’d expect breakfast to be included to the price, which was reasonable but not at all cheap, but it was not. Apart from that, everything was good. Maybe location is a bit questionable, it’s close to the center and was totally fine but it doesn’t look safe at night.

Three minor things come to mind. Beware of help with taxi booking - the price could be 2-3 times what it's worth. Use Uber and buy a eSIM before your visit. Expect collaboration and information sharing between hotel staff and taxi drivers. Not a big deal (I paid what I expected to) but that spoiled my checkout experience, as well as overall impression of the hotel and professional ethics of one employee there (all others were great). Room doors are not soundproof - you can hear quite well what happens in the hallway. Another issue is with cigarette stench coming sometimes from the AC in the late evening. There is a restaurant on top of the building where people can go out and smoke, and nearby on the roof there are air inlets. It's not a big deal if you are smoking - in fact everyone smokes in Turkey so you'll get used to it.

It's a new hotel with exceptional service. Because it's newly built there are no issues with water, toilets and AC. Everything just works. Breakfast is impressive as well. Hotel is located in walking distance from key historical areas and has subway nearby. People working there are professional, friendly and very helpful.

I recently stayed at CSK the helich Hotel and we must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff who assisted us with our luggage and swiftly checked me in. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a comfortable king-sized bed, and a stunning view of the city and  The bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary amenities high-quality toiletries and water One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by every member of the staff team. They were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable experience. they also surprised us one morning when they celebrated my sister birthday! Overall, I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay in Istanbul . From the beautiful accommodations to the exemplary service, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to return for another fabulous stay!

Everything is great , location is perfect in the middle of everywhere , all transportation Near by, bus , Metro, 🚊 Staff was really helpful and special thanks to Pinar who helped to manage the problem we faced with Istanbul Card, breakfast is very good and many choices. Those are minor drawbacks, we were rather satisfied. The room overlooks very busy street. I didn't mind it, but it could be an issue for someone who likes quiet nights. At some point we tried to watch TV with an open window, it was impossible. The staff were mainly young people, which was ok. They sometimes looked as if they were trying too hard, always asking if everything was fine, always looking for some feedback. I think it is not necessary, the service speaks for itself. This is not a remark just an observation.. I do understand they simply want to improve their service.

Istanbul is a big city, so be sure that many sights worth seeing are within walking distance. Truth be told, the neighborhood is not that attractive, nevertheless we never felt unsafe. The hotel is just fine, recently furbished and clean. As for the facilities, I see that people are complaining.. that really depends on the purpose of your visit. No spa, no swimming pool, but if you are there to get to know Istanbul, you won't be needing a pool, no time to waste 🙂. There is a small shop in the vicinity, but we used it only for some snacks and water, I'm not sure how stocked it really is. Breakfast.. quite good. Fruit, vegetables, eggs in many ways, pie, sausages, cheese, Nutella, etc.. Great view from the restaurant terrace. Towels are changed on daily basis, also the cleaning lady does a good job.

location is great and you can reach all touristic areas but hotel neighbor’s are mainly electronic stores and its empty at night and a little bit scary but its a easy walk toward galata tower and taksim and eminonu

the hotel is recently build and new as they say its one month old its a small hotel but super clean and super friendly breakfast option are not many but all comes with good quality and all the staff are too kind

Very kind and friendly staff, breakfast is great and served on the top floor of the hotel with a magnificent view, rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. There is also a parking spot in front of the hotel and it is pet friendly - which is the most important for us!

Good location! Very big room! You literally can dance inside! Very clean and no smell in a bathroom like in the others hotel in Istanbul I've been! Thank you for the parking spot! We had a room with with the city and Galata tower view, and it was very quiet at night. Good breakfast with the beautiful view upstairs!

The hotel , very close to the centre and all bars/restaurants etc, rooms very comfortable and clean , the reception staff very helpful and friendly , specially Mehmet at the reception was excellent very good .
