My stay at this hostel in Göreme was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and always available to help with anything I needed. I truly felt at home, surrounded by genuine care and affection. It’s not easy to find places that make you feel like family, but this one did exactly that. If you’re planning to visit Göreme, I couldn’t recommend this place more — it will make your trip even more special. This hostel will always hold a special place in my heart.

Very good location just 3 mins walk from the bus station, within the city centre...lots of shops and restaurants within... Diadem is a nice place to stay in Goreme. You can see the hot air balloon - what a view to admire... Staff are very helpful and kind, and the owner, Avni. Breakfas is good. Tours are affordable. The dorm bed is comfortable with only 4 single beds... there is enough space.

Thank you so much for your hospitality. I felt really welcome and taken cared for. The room was comfy and had all facilities needed. Delicious healthy breakfast with variety of different things both savoury and sweet, nice warm Turkish tea. The best hosts in a beautiful location, everything is nearby. Highely recommend it and hope to stay again in the future :)

It was my pleasure to spend time at this greathotel and Hostel. The three guys working at it were the warmest and kindest I have ever met at my trips.. I’m travelling by bicycle and it was never a problem to keep my stuff there. Even I was recommended a fantastic circular cycling route by the owner. The atmosphere in the cave is more like a home than a hostel. The staff calls guests by their names. The breakfast is prepared at the moment and served with great care

Our stay at was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Avni, Seyhan were incredibly warm, kind and welcoming, making us feel right at a home. The staff helped us to book all activities and exploring. The double bed was clean, comfortable, and providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a rich, varied, and delicious and plenty of hot drinks. Overall, Diadem exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a friendly atmosphere, a comfortable stay, helpful staff and a tasty breakfast, the positive energy makes this the place to be. Highly recommended!

Absolutely nothing!

Literally everything. The staffs are so nice, kind and helpful. I felt at home once I stepped inside. The free coffee/teas all the time is great refreshing after the hike. The breakfast is amazing, it filled me very well at the start of the day! I loved every moments of my staying, plus I met such a wonderful people there :)

This is one of the best guest house I’ve ever seen. The owners were so nice to talk with everyone. I was staying there in month of February for 2 nights 3 days. They suggested me very good treks and food outlets in the town. They always offer you a coffee in your entire stay. Rooms were very cleaned. Breakfast was fantastic which was totally traditional breakfast in my entire trip. Their hospitality was very top notch. Especially Thanks to Avni, seyhan & osman

Some people making noise when they got up early for their balloon flights. I'm sure this can be an issue in any hostel in Goreme!

This hostel is the best EVER! The staff were amazing- very professional and also very friendly, warm and welcoming. They had great advice about where to hike, how to take the bus, and were able to set up balloon rides. I stayed in the 8 bd female dorm and my bed was comfy and I liked that they had curtains for privacy. The bathrooms were clean. The breakfast was fantastic! The area was very safe, I felt comfortable walking around by myself, but I met some really nice people at the hostel so I was never really alone!

Great location, the rooms were heated at a perfect temperate, cosy vibes and the breakfast was great. The staff are so lovely and helpful. They are always available to chat, provide advice, book a tour for you or offer a tea/ coffee all day and night. Thanks so so much to this hostel. It make my experience in Goreme so wholesome and perfect.

The staff were so lovely, welcoming and always willing to help. I know everyone writes this about hostels, but I’ve never met such helpful staff who genuinely care about their guests. We felt we could trust them, and they would help us with hiking routes, getting the best prices for balloons, great food reccomendations and other services such as laundry. The rooms were clean, cozy and quite pretty as they are in a cave. I would definitely stay here again! We also met some great people who we spent our stay with. We were really sad to leave and could have stayed longer!!

The team is very friendly and willing to help. It feels like they are your friends. i was a bit worried about my trip and asked a lot of questions. They were very patient and arranged everything for me. They said they would assure me everything going to be well arranged and it is true, i can tell from the balloon flight and the green tour that they chose for me. Very convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the bus station, sunset point and the main street.

The air in the cave room could get a little musty, another fan might help

Amazing staff, so friendly and welcoming! They mapped out incredible hikes for me on my phone. Location is convenient five minute walk from bus station. Breakfast was delicious and there was tea/coffee available all day. One of the best guest houses I’ve ever been to.
