‏There was a lack of attention to detailed cleaning; the room’s window was dirty from the first day. They did not replace the slippers after use, and the food in the open buffet was not great. Breakfast was just okay but lacked variety. Despite the reservation being prepaid, they requested a deposit at check-in, although nothing in the room justified this. The rooms had only partial sea views, unlike the full view offered by other hotels like Kolin. Soundproofing was poor; I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

‏The location was convenient, the staff was friendly, and the overall cleanliness was acceptable.

We stayed two nights. I'm pleased we stayed a second in a different room 2231. The first night our room 1318 and a distinct cigarette smell.

Delicious. I tried more new foods from Turkey. The eggs were very yummy and the sausage in sauce.

Cannot complain. Maybe the staff could make it easier for guests to go to the seaside from the hotel yard.

the hotel location is very good, and the staff are helpful. It's also close to a mall and road. There are easy parking slot and electrical charging station. It was clean and did not smell bad (which is serious issue in many hotels close to the sea) There is a coffee bar with acceptable coffee and the breakfast was also very good. The hotel rooms are big enough and the bathroom was really good. And it was very good value for money.

You can eventually hear some disturbing noises from: - neighbours’ heavy door closing, - external units of air conditioners and absorbers, which are on the hotel roof, - airplane landing at the nearby airport, depending on the wind direction.

Sea side location, good room size, comfortable beds, rich breakfast. Very good facilities and service.

The food was pretty plain. The dinner buffet was ok, but the breakfast buffet did not have eggs. The morning coffee was pretty weak and there wasn't any Turkish coffee that I saw.

The breakfast was not very good, only filter coffee in very old fashioned filter and a very old fashioned pot for milch. All the pastries are very bad, the baddest I have ever had in my life, even in the gas stations they are better. Only the cheese and fresh vegetables were good. The hot part was not very good either, even the omlete had no taste.

A bit far from the city centre, 45 min walk, but on the way to Troia.

Excellent leisure facilities: outdoor and indoor pools, 2 complete gyms, spa treatments at good prices. The room and bed are really comfortable. Located just at the promenade in front of Dardanelles strait. A variety of restaurants just in front of the hotel and icecreams and drinks at the back side of the hotel.

That you had to wear a cap to use the indoor pool (not a huge thing - everything else was excellent). It was a little noisy on the street facing rooms but ok.

The outdoor pool are was delightful and the amenity in the building was excellent. The breakfast was good.

Our stay at the Hilton in Çanakkale was nothing short of exceptional. When booking the Hotel i declared that i would pay at the property with cash. 1 day before my reservation, hotel charged my debit card i had on booking (if i would not show at the property) and due to exchange currency, i paid extra money. Hotel didn't admit its fault on that situation.

The location, especially the Marina Walk:) Don’t go to the city center to eat since the Hotel price for dinner is a nice one!!! Plus, outside the hotel, you can find pretty much to eat:)

When we came at 3pm they told us our room was ready . We walked in and the room was dirty , the cleaner came and said our room hasn’t even been cleaned yet and the worker told us to wait downstairs with our luggage with no apology
