Fabulous pool. Location surrounded by hills and near Avanos an interesting town. Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful. Nice rooms. Easy on site parking.

I did not like anything because Double Tree hotel is famous of customer welcome and always respect customer decision. Never focus to customer to stay. Staff is completely unprofessional. According to staff, customer is lier. We loss 240 euro because this behaviour.

Everything was fantastic. The room spray they used in their halls smelled so good. One funny incident that happened was when I called and asked for an iron and the guy came with a glass of Ayran (Turkish yoghurt drink).

United StatesThis hotel is in Avanos which is 8km away and 15 minutes drive from Goreme which is a hub for activities in Cappadoccia. The dinner is 250TL per person and the breakfast is 200TL per person. You typically would need a taxi for everything if you're not eating at the hotel.
The hotel was very clean, the reception need more hospitable people Like the other staff. The pool reception is great, especially the young Turkish Guy I believe his last name was Gul something. This pool has indoor and outdoor pools with Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Turkish bath which is much-needed after coming from activities in Goreme. I personally liked this location better than Cave hotels in Goreme because this hotel had fresh air but in Goreme, it's too dusty, dry, and hot. I could literally taste sand in my mouth when I was in Goreme. The activities agencies offer you Pick and Drop which is great.

United Arab EmiratesRooms seem very old, shower knobs in Bathroom was not functioning properly, we had 4 Rooms and one of the room has frequent issue of Power cutoff because the keycard holder was faulty. crockeries kept in room like Coffe mugs were pretty old and one of the mug we had in room was with clear visible crack. i kept on asking for an Empty Glass for water but during my 3days stay i did not get it!!!! the housekeeping staff has issues with English language as they don’t understand english at all.

The price point is undoubtedly the draw. For the money, it was of good value.
