1. The staff at the reception was not friendly at all. The morning we checked out we had to leave at 7 AM. We asked to have our breakfast which we have paid, but they refused to give us even a small basket with breakfast. 2. The view from the hotel room was horrible. It is opposite a very old and run down building. It is Impossible to open the curtains because they will see you from the opposite building.

The pool was quite small and inconvenient. The dining area was not large enough. Additionally, we had parking problems.

The hotel's food was generally fixed and tasty. It would be unreasonable to expect better for this price. You could always find something to eat for every meal. The bar area was good with a variety of drinks, and the quality wasn't bad at all. I would say it's a good value for money hotel. Being close to the sea and the city center was a big plus. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the hotel was generally clean. If I were to stay in the city center again, I would choose this one because the facilities were better than many other hotels.

All hotel staff is very kind and gently except only 1 guy who is extremely rude to customers.

Location is amazing, close to sea and center. Very clean and spacious rooms. Great balcony. Food is perfect, many choices. Quality of drinks are very good. The blonde barmen is very polite and always smiley. Also the receptionist lady is very helpful and polite.

We liked everything about it. I like bigger pillows for my neck as low pillows cause a neck pain for me. For many people this could be ok.

Close proximity to city downtown was great. The beach is just 60 meters away and easy access to it. We will definitely return back to the same hotel when we visit.

Bathroom is not ventilated well and our bathroom smells bad. There is pool just opening and closing hours did not allow us to try it.

Breakfast was sufficient, but to be honest I stayed at less rated hotels that had more variety. Why so inconsistent with the omelettes? Only once in a week offered? So many rules to this hotel: they have a pool but do not provide towels. Why not pre warn guests? We are travelling with limited luggage and no room to carry a towel around. Also towels changed every 3 days. Found this to be unacceptable. Pool is incredibly small for the amount of guests Lift gets stuck, as door is manual, so don’t rely on this House keepers cannot attend to your room until after 5pm as check out rooms are prioritised. You can see just how hard the house keepers work, and they need more staff. Managers/owners sit down smoking out the front all day giving angry looks to people.

It’s located metres from the beach and very close proximity to all the local attractions. Nice touches in the rooms as well as a great shower. The workers are very hard working.

We stayed 6 nights and I believe they served fish once. The rest of the time it was chicken and the same beef patties each afternoon and evening. Excellent vegetable options at every meal! Eggs cooked to order only one morning I believe. The pool was small, and the entire hotel is about to be surrounded with larger new construction structures and will lose sea views.

The staff are very courteous, they speak more than one language and are very understanding. The hotel is very clean and is 30 meters away from the beach. The balcony’s view of the sea is very wonderful.

The meals were nice but it can get improved, especially the quality of some products. The employee was doing their job well but they have some communication problems. They don’t even speak nor smile to us. Many times the waiters took our plates before we finish. The hotel doesn’t serve alcohol after 10 pm but one night around 11 pm, we were in the lobby watching a football game, the waiters drank alcohol right next to us and watched the football game swearing which was pretty rude. Lastly, the owner of the hotel saw us on the first day of our stay, said that they will offer us a bottle of wine and a fruit platter yet, we didn’t get it. Wish he never mentioned that haha. Also, one of the owners flirted with the guests many times in front of us which was quite unprofessional for my opinion.

It was a small but well-managed hotel with a perfect location. Everything was just as in the photos. The rooms were moderately clean and good furnished. We really enjoyed staying there. We want to come next year as well if our complaints will get solved.
