I cannot recommend the Fresco cave suites enough, every part of our trip here has been amazing. Not only is the hotel in a beautiful location, the team here are fantastic, nothing has been too much trouble and I will certainly be coming back. We were in the suite and this is a stunning room, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is huge. The breakfast here was lovely, there was so much and it was delicious. This stay absolutely made my sisters birthday, thank you for having us, we'll be back!

Only recommendation would be to offer a free shuttle to Goreme based on the price but given the location and inability to see balloons from the town

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in with exceptional customer service. The front desk staff were especially helpful and kind. Amazing breakfast, free use of pool/sauna/turkish bath. We were upgraded to a suite free of charge to top it off.

The staff was very hospitable .. especially the receptionist Volkan was quite humble and his suggestion to move around the city were quite helpful... the breakfast is served on the table makes u feel special.... the location of the hotel is quite peaceful.. they arrange coach for airport pickup and drop off.

A little far from main town area of activities in Goreme . It was almost a 15 min drive / cab to Goreme. Cannot see balloons flying from the terrace here. Bathroom should hv moisturiser etc.

The views from terrace was really good. Room size and bathrooms were also big.

While our stay at the hotel was overwhelmingly positive, there were a couple of minor areas for improvement. The pillows and mattresses could be more comfortable, as they didn't quite match the luxurious standard of the rest of the accommodations. However, this slight drawback didn't significantly detract from our overall enjoyment of the stay. With a few upgrades in this area, the hotel would undoubtedly provide an even more impeccable experience for its guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even granting our request for a room with a fireplace, which added a cozy touch to our stay. The room service and restaurant exceeded our expectations, offering delicious meals made with quality local ingredients. The hotel itself was amazing and I can't think of any improvements I could suggest. The only thing I can think of is that there was no strictly dedicated parking, but there is free parking on the streets around and we never had trouble finding a spot within a minute's walk (3 day stay in November).

One of the most amazing places we've ever stayed. Our room was beautiful and well maintained, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, overall it was such a professionally run but cozy place. They also offer lots of tours and things to do in the area but there was zero pressure or hassle.
