Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not really about this hotel. However, I want to say the fellow guests (aka students) were staying right next to me and being absolute idiots. Partying inside the room playing loud music, shouting. I’m a frequent traveler stayed all kinds and quality of accommodations. Not a once in my experience I was annoyed to this point.

Reception needs to be more professional.
Location, Breakfast, nice room . Very close to bus station coming and going to Istanbul airport. You save taxi fee big time .

1st night they give me very small room for me and my wife the bed was not even for one adult and they refused to replace it . Next day after many talks they give me better room with double beds . This was my only bad experience in the hotel .

Too much noise in the room because of the street
The location is good 7 min to Istiklal street by walking and 7 min to metro station taksim the breakfast is good and the room clean well and the manager is very helpful

The reception area was poorly lit, which gave a dark and unwelcoming vibe. Additionally, cold air entered the room, making it uncomfortable during my stay.
I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel.

The spa section needs to be worked on, lighting inside room, and windows need to be more isolated since its close to taksim square and the noise coming out of streets especially at night.
The hotel location is AMAZING, close to everything and the staff are very friendly and helpful

The bathroom. Bidet was broken, slight mould around the sink area shower floors seemed unclean.
The location was great, a lot of local supermarkets. İstiklal strip was about 6 minutes walk which was amazing. Staff were nice and accommodating.

The view from the room was horrible as it was a trash inner courtyard. If they can clean that area it would be perfect, we asked for them to change the rooms but apparently all family rooms have same view. One-two lights in the room were not working we requested them to change it 3-4 times but during our stay they didn't.
I liked that the family connecting room was very spacious we were 6 people and were able to stay perfectly as had 4 + 1 king size bed even though the option on booking.com was 3 beds + 1 king size bed. The staff at the reception were kind and always smiling. The breakfast was good and had variety of options. The reviews seemed demotivating on booking.com but it was our only option and it honestly was way better than expectations. I guess they changed the hotel administration. We would request anything needed from room service and get it in 5-10 minutes.

The place was in a good location, walking distance from Taksim Square. Rooms were spacious, comfortable beds. The breakfast options were lovely, many to choose from. The spa/hammam experience was also worth spending on. Any issues we experienced like a key kard not working or the power going off (which both happened on one occasion) was immediately resolved.

View from the room is limited but it's in the middel of a built up square so that's expected. The pool is tiny, it's a circle which couldn't have a diameter bigger than 15ft but I imagine you're going here for a city break not a sun/pool break so you're unlikely to use it anyway. Rooms could do with a refurb but were kept clean.
Location was good for the Taksim square, plenty of restaurants in the immediate area and a short walk to the main shopping street. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Everything was always clean. Breakfast options were varied.

1. The rooms were a bit small, which made the space feel somewhat cramped. 2. Although the air conditioning was working, it still felt a little warm at night
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is nice and clean, located conveniently near Taksim's main street and the transport station. Despite its central location, it was not noisy. My reservation included bed and breakfast, and I enjoyed the breakfast selection. The rooms were clean, although a bit on the smaller side. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the lady at the front desk who kept checking in to ensure everything was well and promptly addressed any comments. My husband enjoyed spending time at the pool, which was a nice addition to our stay. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel
