Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaWhere can I start? LOCATION: Yes, it is close to mosques and Hop on Hop off, but you pay this in a different way. The hotel is located near a crazy 5 way intersection where nobody respects any traffic sign. Cars are driving heretic and sometimes even getting on sidewalks, and horns are going on every minute. The steps to get in from the sidewalk are uneven and quite a hazard. STAFF: The front desk was really nice, and we really appreciate the effort. He explained to us about areas and taxis and offered us a very nice room. ROOM: We were 3 adults and had a 3 people room, which actually was newly renovated. The problem was when we noticed the big bed was not a king but a double (they call double bed either is a king, queen, or double). We are not small people, and the bed was really not suitable. The air conditioning/heat was either getting the room cold or very warm regardless of the set temperature. The fridge was useless as it was not working. BATHROOM: Was quite ok except the warn out towels and the fact that the door got locked and we needed to call them to repair it. BREAKFAST: Here actually is the real frustration. The elevator was either busy or not working. We were on the 4th floor, and the breakfast was on the roof floor. The breakfast room it is a weird shape room, with a very weird table arrangement. One person takes care of the food, which is limited. Old simits out of the fridge, grapes that were not rinsed, a coffee machine that needed a few punches (not from us) to work, and a toaster for which you have to wait forever. To all of these, add wobbly tables, worn-out lino flooring, which constitutes a real hazard, and items, and bags of you, name it on narrow hallways.
Very nice front desk staff; Clean, newly renovated rooms, with big windows; Breakfast had 3 kinds of olives and 4 kinds of cheese.

United StatesSome broken staff in the room. Like hair driyer holder and water leakage
Location is exellent, near grand Bazar and all turist area. Near hotel also have supermarket, farmacy and many restoran and vine shop to. The room was big and clean, also the staff cleans every day and change bed sheets and towels. AC works very well to and internet speed was good. Have some minore issue, like broken hair dryer holder and some water leakage from ander toilet ball, but not bother us. The breackfast was many kind of food, like cheese, olives, sousages, eggs, so many staff , but every day the same, i think they need change some times, they have big teracce upstairs with sea view. Over all, it was better thsn others. Put in mind that this area very crowded, full of car and noise even at night.
