Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NorwayIt's old but the price reflects the status :) beds are comfortable enough, rooms are functional size, toilets are functional with hot water in the shower. Bare bones :)
This hotel is a friendly place with good interesting people working and staying. The ample breakfast is different every day and becomes a social arena where guests meet around the wood fire. It's in the old town, but a quiet street without noisy bars - but if you want a noisy bar you walk for 3 minutes.

United KingdomToilet sit was a bit small in our room. No teapot in the room and you can't get any tea in the kitchen in the evening.
Great location! Good rooms and comfortable beds. Nice breakfast, a bit different every day. Do not expect luxury hotel, but it's a very good place to sleep.

AustraliaNothing to report, I really enjoyed my time here.
This hotel is in the middle of the old town and so there are tiny cobblestone roads and lots of cafés and late night bars and a real buzz in the air with people enjoying themselves. The staff were great and managed very well and served an excellent breakfast omelette. Highly Recommend to stay here!

United KingdomThe room overall was basic but for the price it is good value.
Air conditioning was included and very good, easy to use and kept the room at a comfortable temperature overnight. Breakfast was nice, I enjoyed the variety and the staff were friendly and helpful with good English. Everything was clean, check-in/out was easy. Good communication for the hotel regarding our arrival. Location was great right in the centre of old town so very easy to get about on foot.

United KingdomWe have nothing negative to say about this place or staff. We loved the staff and hotel.
The staff, especially the manager Mr Gurcan was an excellent host and went above and beyond for us. The location is very good,as it's right in the heart of the old town but in a relatively quiet part, away from the music and noise that's further down towards the main road, so you get the best of both worlds. The breakfast included(Turkish style )was reasonable and did the job for us,it's enough to get you going, so we were happy. The location is also very close to a park by the sea and a nearby private little beach that cost 250 lira p/p for the day, that we enjoyed. Again, the proximity to food & coffee shops and the main shopping centre Mark Antalya, parks and sea all make this hotel an excellent choice. The hotel itself is a small old style building that I imagine was an old fashioned house converted. It has high ceilings and massive doors with lots of character and around 11 rooms and a tiny pool and nice little outside area/garden where the breakfast is served. The room We stayed in had all We needed ,air con,TV, shower & mini cooler. We loved this hotel and staff and would most definitely return and recommend it. Thanks once again to Gurcan.❤️

AustraliaNot great value for money. There are an abundance of hotels in the area. At almost any time other than extreme peak season could you go around and find better places - I had a look at a few. While the courtyard here was nice, and the facilities good, there were better places for similar prices. Plus, I'm not even sure its a great idea to stay in the old city, in terms of value for money. Its very, very touristy without much to warrant the popularity, in my opinion. This review asks if I went to one of the nearby "beaches" - Memerli "beach". To those not in the know. It is a joke of a beach which only the most desperate will attend.
Location was very good, being in the old part of town. Courtyard nice but pool is not as good as it looks in profile. Breakfast good. Air conditioning worked well.

South AfricaThe shower could be a little bit cleaner, but it was not dirty, just the usual spots in the shower, everything else was super clean! I have no other complaints, everything else was perfect!
It’s beautiful on the outside and inside, very authentic. The courtyard with the pool is very nice and perfect if you don’t want to go to the beach. The rooms are all you need, with beautiful ottoman architecture. The staff were the best, it’s a family owned business and love seeing the family, they made me almost feel apart of them.

Czech RepublicParking was not clearly spelled out. It is possible to park in the alley near the hotel, but as it is an old town, it is not always possible to drive there all day. Watch out for this or make prior arrangements with the staff.
The hotel is in a great location. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and the beach is close by. Breakfast excellent, room quiet and nice.
