Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

LebanonNothing.
Everything about this hotel is great! It’s a good deal for the price, in the middle of a great shopping street, 10 mins away from the beach. The breakfast includes a good variety of Item. The staff is exceptional! Always smiling and ready to help you. The manager, called Serdar is the best ever. He’s always present in the hotel checking that everything is going well with a smile on his face! Thank you for this lovely stay!

RussiaMaybe a couple more hangers to hang clothes
The hotel serves decent breakfasts, and is located at Çarşı, on a shopping street. My room was comfy and spacious enough, it had a desk, a kettle, and tea bags. Liquid soap in the shower. The staff was kind and helpful. I suppose this is the best hotel in Mersin within its price range. Definitely recommended.

United Kingdom* The location could be noisy being in public area. I believe there is night club nearby, I could hear the music loudly. * Staff do not speak English or any other language but we could manage to communicate with the help of online direct translation. * For some reason, they keep the air conditioning in the breakfast lounge off and the windows open. so in summer when humidity is really high a person sweating while having breakfast which makes it less enjoyable! And with windows open the flies ingress the lounge too.
The location is in the city centre so everything is available around. The staff (specially Ersin!) very nice and the management are really very friendly, cooperative and always happy to help. The breakfast is very nice and diversified so it meets most of people's choices. There is cheap public transport from the hotel (Metropol point) to almost everywhere in the city. Room Services are available upon request.

United Kingdom- The WiFi was weak and unusable. - The freidge didn't work, even after asking to fix it they didn't, they keep saying yes we will fix it tomorrow but nothing happened. We needed to ask for towels, in a 3 bed room they only had 2 towels. - The weather was very hot so we needed to set the aircondition to low at the beginning, but once a staff member came in the room he set the temperature higher up and looked very unhappy, that was very rude. - It was also not easy to communicate with staff as they only speak Turkish.
The location is central.

PolandBy check in the first message I received from the hotel manager was: "The room I reserved is not available any more, but an alternative room in another hotel (next to this one) can be provided." I had a look at the alternative room and refused to take it, because the room standard was worse. I insisted to receive the room, which I reserved. After a short discussion it was available after all. Smell of the cigarettes. Loud surroundings
Beside of the check-in-incident with the hotel manager (see my comment below), the other staff was very helpful. The room was quite modern equiped, although there was a smell of the cigarettes there. The breakfast was good. There is a car park option available.
