The facilities were beautiful. The room ample, modern and spotless. Breakfast buffet had many options and was delicious. Magnificent view from the restaurant. Location was excellent right across from the Aegean Sea.

I had the pleasure of staying at Ilayda Avantgarde Hotel in December 2024, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the rooms were. The attention to detail in the room's cleanliness was outstanding, making me feel right at home. The staff at Ilayda Avantgarde were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure all of my requests were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Their genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was another highlight! There was such a wide variety of delicious and high-quality options, catering to every taste. Each morning, I looked forward to trying something new, and I was never disappointed. One of the best features of this hotel is its prime location. It’s right in the heart of the city, super close to the pier and surrounded by plenty of attractions, shops, and restaurants. The convenience of being able to walk everywhere made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. I can’t recommend Ilayda Avantgarde Hotel enough. Everything from the rooms to the staff, breakfast, and location exceeded my expectations. A truly 10/10 experience!

Lights in the room were not very bright. Because of its location there is some noise from adjacent bars/ cafes.

Great location and the breakfast and evening buffet was excellent. Healthy choices of food and a great Turkish experience. Staff were very helpful.

Great view from room. Great location facing the sea . Breakfast room is higher up get even better view. Right in the action of restuarants & shopping .. vs those hotels with beach front .. is Dec so swimming not possible. staff are friendly .

The only drawback was the very slow response of the staff to open the parking gates - we had to wait a very long time both when entering and exiting.

Everything was wonderful, the hotel is really of a very high standard. Very comfortable rooms, showers, a good minibar, a great view and an excellent breakfast. Convenient underground parking.

Being on level 1, I could hear everything in the lobby at all hours. So if you're a light sleeper, request a higher floor.

The Ilayda Avantgarde Hotel checked all of our boxes. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were genuinely friendly and gracious. Breakfast was high quality and offered an excellent variety. The room was modern and offered everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this property.
