Water in the shower was not always as hot as expected.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect - you can easily reach many objects by foot. The room is clean, bright and comfortable. And they have a cat in a hotel!

The shower was a minor issue, as the temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold.

Everything was perfect! The reception staff were incredibly helpful, always smiling and kind. They offered us tea in the morning and evening and assisted us whenever we needed help. Honestly, I would return just for their amazing service. The rooms were well-furnished and well-equipped. While they weren't very large, they were perfect for a small family with a baby. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms were well-insulated. We felt at home, with a cozy and family-friendly atmosphere. As for the location, it’s simply excellent—very close to the Sultanahmet center and also near the marina. It’s less than a 5-minute walk to the tram, and everything you might need is nearby. Dear good people, Thanks a lot for making such an effort for your visitors, for your all-encompassing smile. A must-visit and a place to revisit! I won’t look for any other address in Istanbul.

This is a jewel of a hotel, located on a quiet street right in the middle of the historical city. It has all the amenities and is within a short walking distance of the major sites. It is a family-owned business and you can tell the love and care that the owners lavish on every detail. When you go, please ask to meet the cat Pamuk!

The room was clean with a lot of light. Furniture looks pretty new. We were quite surprised to find slippers! AC was good enough to make the whole room warm. Administrators were friendly and nice to us. Each time we saw them we were offered hot drinks. Though there was no breakfast included, we'd rather stay here again, because there are a lot of good places around where a person can have a breakfast.

The room is a bit small. It was good for one person but for two ppl, it might be too tight. Make sure to check the size of the room.

It looks like a newly renovated place. It was a beautiful place! The ppl at the front desk were also very nice. Super well located too!

Kayra at the reception desk was fabulous. So helpful, insightful, and patient. The location is perfect. On a side street between the touristy spots of Sultanhemet but blocks away from Eminou. Everything is so ideal to get to from this location. Really enjoyed the location and experience.

Recently renovated, clean, close to the most important attractions. Very kind staff. Daily cleaning and towel change. They also arranged the transfer from the airport and back.

Everything was perfect. Hotel is very comfortable and nice. In perfect position, everything is so close. We felt like home, everybody who work there are so lovely, nice, kind and they were there for us if we needed any help. Rooms are very clean, and cleaning lady every day took care of all details. Also wifi works great. We are so happy to that we stayed at this hotel, we reccomend it to all other guests, and we will definitely come back again.

I love this place! From 24hrs lounge for tea/coffee, location, room size, comforts, wifi, room view, safety at night, nearby public transport, tourist attractions in just minutes away (using tramp) to the friendliest and hospitable staffs. Will come again! ♥️♥️♥️

The hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance of all attractions in the historic city centre and has several public transport links in the nearby surroundings. The family who run the hotel, as well as the girl and boys at reception are extremely sweet and kind – on arrival my mom and I were warmly greeted by them with a cup of cay and a simit, and during our stay they responded to our every need. The room as well as the whole hotel was incredibly clean, every day our room was cleaned and our towels were changed. Rooms are newly furnished, air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee machine, hair dryer, and good internet connection are available. Although located on a street, the windows are well insulated and there is no noise coming from outside. Dear good people, thank you for the kind welcoming and I’d recommend it to everyone looking for a place to stay in the city center!!
