They gave us very thin sheets when we arrived and we had to ask 3 times just for one sheet. The breakfast was mediocre and most facilities were closed.

The building was beautiful and modern. Also, it's very well maintained. The staff were nice and the beds were Comfortable.

Fried eggs and omelettes were cooked and then put on the side under a lamp for people to take. However as not many guests in the hotel, these were then cold, the lamp didn't keep them warm. Most other hotels cook these, in front of you..also the whites on the the eggs were not properly cooked as were clear and jelly like in places.

The beds only had thin blankets on them, and there was only 1 extra blanket in the room even though we had 2 beds. It is winter so I think there should’ve been extra blankets.

Cleaning left something to be desired. There were urine spots on my toilet seat. The wall behind the table in my room looked like it had seen many spills. There weren't enough towels. Maintenance staff ler himself in my room unannounced to fix a curtain rod while I was trying to use the bathroom. My room was facing the street and there was a lot of noise. Not the worst place I've stayed but it left something to be desired.

Friendly front desk staff, well equipped rooms. Nice lobby. Great location. The pillows were very comfy.

A room that was too small for 3 people. In the description it was supposed to be 41 m2 but in reality it was about 25 m2. It was a double room with a third bed. There was not even room for a 3rd bedside table.

Breakfasts were quite good, the location would be great if not for the noise from the bar opposite until late at night.

The pillows didn’t fit the pillow cases making them scrunched up so bit uncomfortable. Bring opposite the Irish bar is very noisy s making it difficult to sleep. We didn’t like any of the alcoholic all inclusive drinks so bought our own from the supermarket, which the staff were very kind at providing us with an ice bucket at dinner for. Originally I booked for two weeks then changed to one so we could travel to a couple of other areas in Turkey. I think another week would’ve drove me mad with lack of sleep from noise of Irish bar.

Cannot fault the staff, they are all very friendly and go the extra mile to help you. The food was better than expected for all inclusive, lots of chicken dishes, for me that’s great because it’s what I would choose if eating out, not much red meat choice. Breakfast again for me good choice of eggs e.g boiled, fried, omelette or scrambled, not good selection of fruit with yoghurt and not good selection of other breakfast choices. The ice cream at 4pm is a really nice touch and lovely ice cream. The pool was a good size and very clean, plenty of sun beds, although I imaging in height of season very over crowded. The room was cleaned every day with change of towels and small packs of water replenished. Having the supermarket just across the road is very handy. The balcony is a good size with comfortable furniture. I wouldn’t normally go all inclusive but we managed a very good deal not to be missed.

When we first arrived we thought they would take our baggage upstairs as all the hotels do, instead they just gave us the keys and told us to head off. They also didn’t explain the location of the private beach section so we was walking around trying to find our hotel area on the beach. The shower was blocked so we had to wait for the water to go down before we could continue to shower. It is next to a bar which plays very loud music every night until early morning so if you plan to sleep then you need to be mindful.

The property was very close to almost everything including the beach. They had a private beach section alongside pool area. The room was large and spacious alongside balcony. The hotel is very easy to find and they provided you free soft drinks whenever we wanted some. The hotel dinner was nice and worth.

I wish I could have more proper cleaning in my room and towels should be replaced with new otherwise it looks not ok.

It was my 30th wedding anniversary while visiting Marmaris. I asked the receptionist on 3 different occasions if anything could be done. I was told they would get back to me but never did.

The hotel was centrally located with easy access to public transportation. House keeping staff was helpful and friendly.

They didn’t change our towels nor they have bed covers, only sheets. That was a bit uncomfortable but the rest was perfect !

Very clean and spacious. Hotel staff is amazing. Breakfest is average to the turkish hotels standards. They have an amazing hammam with great prices. The location is very convenient!
