we stayed for 4 nights and the room was only cleaned once even though we left the sign out every day so we had to keep going down and asking for towels meals were okay, but as someone with food allergies there was no cards out next to the food with the name or allergens etc so i had no idea what the item was and if i could have it or not

great value for money. pool area was good, food was okay. only about a 5 min walk from the beach which was great for plane spotting

No bottled water in the room, but always can get it downstairs. The first day there was power outage, so WiFi disappeared and all cards got disabled, reception changed those. WiFi reception was shaky or disappearing in my room a few more times, but good connection downstairs. No room cleaning - might be something you have to ask for separately.

Nice hotel, with pool, spa (really recommend!), hair dressing service (also really good!). Got a room with pool view, which is pleasant but can be a bit noisy. Free upgrade for a room with balcony, which was sweet. Loved the breakfast. Serve free tea and bottled water all day. Beach is 5-7min walk away. Has all amenities, bring food and drinks for extra cost. From 7pm turn into restaurant, had excellent cuisine. Great staff, made my stay more fun experience. I specifically booked a room with a balcony, thinking it would be an actual balcony. Instead, they gave me a room with a French balcony. When I went to ask for a room change, the receptionist, Sinan, told me all the balcony rooms were full and they could not change my room, which was very disappointing. I have stayed there for four nights, and for the last two days, housekeeping has not come to clean the room. For rooms facing the pool, the bar is open till 12-1 at night, and the loud music makes it hard to sleep and rest. Also, the buffet was not equipped with too many options. It is around 10 mins walk to the beach and 40 mins bus to city centre. There is a mini-market right in front of the hotel, and a supermarket near by.

Most of the staff was very friendly. The manager was very understanding and helpful with check-in and check-out options. The pool was nice size and clean.

Water was leaking out of the shower when we were taking a shower. The water pressure was poor and only lukewarm and cold water during the shower. We actually booked a triple room but got a double room instead. Although, this wasn't an issue since it was only me and my partner. However, the blanket or duvet was meant to be for one person which was very annoying. I like to be covered at night but it was hardly covering both of us. Check-in and check-out were not good. Only when I asked about the breakfast they gave us the wristband. They didn't provide any information on wifi. You need a Turkish no. or SIM to use the wifi, if you do not have these then they provide you with a code or something. This was not explained to us as we only found out after we got to our room. By that time we couldn't be asked to go down to the reception for them to input the code or password to our phone. It should have been explained during the check-in process. Breakfast was decent. It was funny as I had to take my cereal bowl to the counter where they poured you the milk. Also, it would have been nice to have name cards next to the food as we had no idea what they were.

Only stayed one night so we didn't want to go to an expensive hotel. They provided all the toiletries as standard. Beach towels were also provided although we did not use this service.

A male night staff was rude to me and very nasty, I travelled alone for dental work a young girl on my own and he scared me I had to book a earlier flight home.

Hotel itself was jaded, things not looked after, eg, when arrived late at night, and given room, it had not been cleaned from previous users. Was not offered alternate room, had to ask to be switched . New room had broken shower support, and exposed wiring panel . Lift never cleaned during stay.( And thus not clean) Thankfully we only did B&B, as food not great, buffet style with not a lot of choice, and most of 'hoy' items were lukewarm at best

The bathrooms had mold. There was one man on the reception who yelled at me that this is a Turkish hotel, and they speak only Turkish and Russian languages, so I should speak one of these languages, otherwise I won't get served. The problem was the Wifi, just stopped and noone fixed it. We left the next morning, so I don't know if they fixed it. Also they play music very loud at the pool. Our rooms were with view to the pool and the music is super loud untill midnight, so we were calling every night around 11 -12 to stop the music, otherwise we couldn't sleep

The location of the hotel is alright, close to the beach. The food was delicious

the staff at this hotel could not be any more helpful , they were kind and very attentive, the food was tasty , definitely quality over quantity, if you are a fussy eater you might struggle as there was not very much options , had an amazing Turkish bath and massage at this hotel, overall great hotel for what you pay

Staff at the reception were not helpful most of the times and were always trying to fob you off with different excuses and didn't seem to care. The only time they were accurate was at the time of checking out to arrange transfer to the airport; even then they tried to charge me for a second room card when I wasn't given in the first place due to their one card policy! Most staff do not speak English even though its an international language which do make things difficult. We requested to have our room on the ground or first floor due to my wife being pregnant but they were only offering to put us on the top floor despite this. The bathroom's seem to be small but it doesn't help that the placement of toilet and sink are in the wrong place. The layout of the bathroom could definitely be better in that sense. We were told by reception staff their beach area would be able to provide us with towels, umbrella and lounger. Only the lounger and umbrella were free to use for anyone in public but the staff at the beach wanted to charge us for towels, essentially having to buy them. Food was passable. They didn't have a lot of variety at breakfast time, and never any sliced bread on the six days we stayed there. Only boiled eggs. Lunch and dinners were definitely more likeable. They didn't have any toasters and hadn't even heard of microwave oven which made it difficult to feed a toddler with heated milk. They definitely have the potential to be a good hotel with a higher rating if they were to address the above points and being more courteous and helpful to guests.

Restaurant and housekeeping staff were wonderful and helpful when required. Pool area was great. The ambience was always good especially at dinnertime during evenings. Food had variety sometimes. Tea cakes were nice at tea times.

Bathrooms are very, very small. We had two different rooms during our stay, one was tiny with barely enough space to sit on the toilet! The second was slightly larger but overall they are all in serious need of an upgrade. The "private beach" which you can use as a guest of the hotel isn't walking distance away, you need to get a transfer (free) which isn't too bad - however when we asked about returning we were told you just ask the beach to call the hotel to arrange it, but that wasn't the case. Instead we were informed that there are set times for returning so we had to get a taxi back.

Friendly staff who regularly check whether you need anything when you are pool side. Great location for walking to the beach area (though you'll have to pay for sun loungers at the closest beach) and the hotel pool is a decent size, kept clean and fun for everyone.
